“Nico was extremely professional and clearly takes great pride in his work. He consistently went the exact mile to make sure everything was done to a high standard. He was also very friendly and polite throughout. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything I needed to know, especially when it came to boiler safety. A great job, his work is almost a piece of art, which is why I nicknamed him "Picasso" !”

“Nico was absolutely fantastic, I have never encountered a more knowledgeable, enthusiastic and general good guy in the plumbing industry. He did an excellent job, was very pleasant throughout and even took time to explain plumbing related matters in detail. Give this guy a raise, he absolutely deserves it!”

“Excellent service from Village Heating Boiler Repair. I had an issue with my boiler, and Rachel was fantastic—she quickly arranged for an engineer to attend, and everything was sorted without any hassle. The engineer arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. It’s now been a month and my boiler is still working perfectly, which shows the quality of the repair. Big thanks to Rachel for her help—great customer service! Would definitely recommend.”
