“Charlie was a friendly and informative plumber who saw the severoty of the ceiling leak caused by the radiator in my first floor flat that caused it to rain down through the communal passage ceiling causing minor flooding in the passage. He isolated the leak located under the floor boards and helped me clean up the mess in my flat as well as downstairs. I much appreciated his time and effort to sort my emergency problem. It put my mind at rest .”

“Mohammed arrived on time and took account of our having to pop out as well. He was very professional and thorough. It was obvious he was extremely competent and answered all of our questions fully and with the upmost confidence and knowledge. He is highly skilled and professional.”

“I had a gas engineer visit today (VHL)his name was Charlie and I am incredibly impressed. He was extremely professional from start to finish and a true example of what excellent customer service looks like. Charlie took the time to meticulously check all of the appliances ensuring everything was safe and running. Charlie attention to detail and thorough approach gave me a complete peace of mind.
