Had an engineer turn up yesterday 5 minutes and he was gone. Problem still not resolved. Made a call and our normal engineer turned up today 5 star service Gurjit great job

100 percent 5 star. Friendly polite engineer arrived as booked on time and efficiently undertook tricky boiler installation in my slightly shoddy kitchen, then fully cleaned up all in one morning, he supplied his phone number in case I have any questions about operation, but boiler is fully functional. Telephone customer service with the delightfully voiced Aeva was exceptional. I am very pleased.

Thanks to the last wonderful engineer Fadi I got my hot water 💧 working. I'm so grateful that even though wrong parts were ordered they got the job done as fast as possible in the end and I am happy with the service ☺️.

Thank you very much to Irfan for your excellent work in resolving the issue with our Boiler. For many years I kept reporting the boiler informing Hyde that there is a leak as the water pressure kept going down. I had many engineers attend and could not resolve the problem. Irfan attend my property last week and straight away identified the leak. He then booked another appointment and fixed the problem. He was very respectful in my property, by using shoe bags when asked. He went above and beyond. The Magnetic filter was filthy! In all the 15 years I have lived in this property, it has never been cleaned. Thank you very much Irfan. You are a true example of a person committed to providing good customer service and ensure that your work is completed to a high standard. You are an asset to VHL.

I needed my timer clock reset from winter to summer as my heating and water always stopped working in a cold winter days. Engineer Mr Shane Welch came and sorted it all out for me. He went out of his way to make sure my heating and hot water are working in a winter. Thank you so much mr Shane Welsh 👏👏👏

I have had no heating or hot water for the past two days, despite being told that the engineer had been handed the case. I have severe arthritis, and they left me without heating or hot water. I was unable to leave the flat just in-case they called. I was cold and uncomfortable. The boiler is new, and I read the booklet, and found it was the pressure which was out of my hand. They did not even call to confirm that they had the job and give one an estimate of how long they would take. Their behaviour bordered on torture of one already in pain. I would never recommend them to a housing association however, Hyde is using them because they are cheap compared to T Brown.

Call handler Kelly was extremely rude on the phone when I called about my fathers heating not working after an engineer had been out a few days ago, when trying to ask if the boiler needs a part fixing could it be put as urgent as my father is a cancer patient and gets very cold despite the hot weather, she not only interrupted me but stated “it needs fixing if there’s no heating and hot water”! How disgustingly rude and disappointing from a company whose automated message asks customers not to be rude to staff!! You might want to tell or train staff to not be rude to customers who are extremely vulnerable!!

Amazing service problem fixed the work man that come was great at his job and very helpful. With having disabled son with breath issues he made sure we had our heating issue resolved the same day highly recommend this company and the work man irfan kapasi. Thank you so much

I had a great experience, spoke to Mahamed who initially took my enquiry and scheduled an engineer out to our property. The attending engineer was very pleasant and wore shoe covers before he came in, i have had other tradesmen attend our property and none of them wore shoe covers! The issue was fixed so very happy, thank you, will recommend.

Do not let unprofessional VHL in your home no consideration for your home property a new boiler shouldn't cost me more to fix the mess. kitchen is a mess wire & pipes everywhere & the unit it was in is ripped out of the wall, didn't try fixing or clearing up any mess,had to ask for dust sheets & don't even try talking to a supervisor!! VHL is [UNPROFESSIONAL]*appalling cowboys it's been 3 days still clearing all my food units RESPIRATORY MACHINE & meds

This engineer William Dawood is amazing I had my new boiler that was having all the time some issue but the first time he came for the check up of gas and electricity since then I never had any problem with it again today he just came again for another check up, I just want to use this opportunity to thank the company for this amazing man he has a lot of experience and he really know what he's doing. 233 Wordsworth way West Drayton Ramyne Olosinmo

You need to add on your 24h recordings not just about no gas or heating but leaking boilers. Also nobody is answering your lines from 12 to 04:40 am for emergencies

Absolutely hopeless my sister has been without any heating for over 2 weeks.she is 72 and has ended up in hospital with a chest infection, with other things,in this freezing cold weather.Any time someone has turned up they cannot fix the boiler as they "need a bit".Once didn't even turn up at all. Each time she has had to get a friend (76 years old)to sit and wait in her cold house. Again waiting for someone today.supposedly first call and it is now 9.30

Firstly the engineer waked upstairs on my light carpet with filthy shoes, secondly they sent a plumber to fix a new pump for my boiler and for some reason he turned off the plug socket for my freezer causing approx £50 worth of spoiled food. I have emailed Wayne at VH twice to request compensation and had no reply. I have tried to call them today and held on for an hour (longer than the most awful TV or Internet companies) and had to give up. I am a Hillingdon Council tenant and I can only assume the council moved to them because they are cheap. Appalling customer service, I agree with other posters that the girls in the office can be rude and unhelpful

I had booked an appointment with village heating ltd on 30th October in advanced for the 17th of November between 8am -1 pm only to seat my gas boiler clock. On th 17 in the morning at 10 am I called to the company to find out when the engineer will arrive the person by the name of Ronni answered my phone she said we don't have any booking for you. I asked can you find out my first booking called on the 30th she said not possible. I missed one day my work and my earning for nothing just stayed at home the company treated us poorly I recommend to every one do not use this company at all.
