“I would like to give 5 starts for the engineer Irfan who came and not only fixed the boiler but explained how to set up the the heating and water temperature as well. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. He was very polite and helpful person. But I can give only one star for the customer service as both ladies I talked to to book an appointment was very rude. So average will be 3 stars.”

“Swift call out for electric check but then waited ages for the cert to be sent to me. Comma not great - not proactive and I had to chase.”

“The boiler did not work particularly well after the service and new replacement part - however may just need a new boiler !”

“I have been offered the opportunity to comment on my recent purchase from Village Heating. As far as I am aware I have not purchased anything from this supplier, I asked for and received a quotation from them some months ago, I thought the quotation excessive and turned it down.”

“I had my shower re-sealed just at the bottom (4 sides and less than half way up on 2 corners. Paid far too too much for the job. I think of cost me more than £190 I feel that I was overcharged”
