“I spoke to Danielle on the phone and she was incredibly helpful she got me booked in as soon as she could for someone to come out and look at my boiler. A nice man came out really quickly to fix it. From start to finish I had a good experience with the company”

“Mr Gurjit is a good man and knows his job. The other Engineers just came to our house to take pictures but did not do anything. He did the work efficiently, was an effective communicator and a pleasant gentleman. He was punctual and informed us of his whereabouts some minutes before arriving. He was very efficient in conducting the work and kept the surroundings clean after doing the work. The out of hours engineer ans previous engineers did not record anything and made me feel stupid calling the office numerious times. I had to take pictures to inform the office what needed to be replaced. However, Mr. Gurjit came to the house, knew what to do without any explanations and replaced the valve.”

“I recently spoke with Rachel on an escalation call and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and extremely professional throughout. She listened carefully to the issue I was having, handled the situation efficiently, and resolved the problem quickly. It’s really reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its tenants. Managers also return calls when required, which shows a strong level of customer care and support. “Rachel helped my elderly mother who had no heating or hot water. She was extremely patient and empathetic on the call, she organised a same day appointment, my mum can not speak highly enough of Rachel she is a credit to Village heating. Heating and hot water restored !! Great company .. great staff !!”

“Called the oohs line on Friday and got met with the lovely Jennifer she was really helpful and talked us through steps to check why our heating had stopped working , embarrassing to me I needed to top the gas up , thanks for not making me feel stupid .. so nice to see Soho Housing have finally managed to get a decent contractor for repairs !!! VIllage heating your staff are a credit to you, everyone I have dealt with have been helpful kind and extremely professional.. keep up the good work 👍🏻”

“Jennifer thank you so much for organising an engineers visit to my dad’s Hyde property , he is 83 years old and had no heating or hot water. You really are a credit to village heating. Your customer service skills were amazing you truly went above and beyond and organised a next day visit , thank you soooo much. He has his heating and hot water restored. “Vhljob 303718 Nico completely removed my old 40 year old heating system and installed a brand new one in a day! Nico is unbelievable the biggest asset to your company. He is very efficient and a hard worker. He also loves his job. He also has a heart of gold. His mother brought him up properly. Thanks for sending him to me. I hope that VHL realise how lucky they are to have him. I could not wait to write this review.”

“Called VHL Customer Service and was booked within 2 day which was shocking to be fair, normally its a wait. However had a brilliant Mechanic called Mr. C. Mullin, very friendly, quick and knew exactly what to do and got the job done as well giving myself a little education what causes the problem etc. Mr. C. Mullin was very respectful, did a room check before and after, kindly wore his shoe covers through the house and answered all questions I had. Thank you too Mr. C. Mullin”

“Excellent customer service Thank you Rachel for all your help for getting my heating restored, you were so patient and really helped me and that’s something I’m so thankful for,, your knowledge over the phone was amazing and thank you for making me realise it was a quick battery fix change.
