Had our boiler fixed today by Shaun Yendall and am so pleased with his service. On time, job done quickly and the most polite person I have dealt with from Village Heating. If only the receptionists answering the phone were as helpful and polite. Every call I have made to the office has been met with a bad and careless attitude. So thank you Shaun, the 5 stars are for you alone!
