The VHL Mechanic done a good job and even cleaned up when he had finished, showed how the boiler worked and timer, worked hard all day.

Nico done a great job! Very pleasant and hardworking. Spent the whole day here working hard and getting the job done. His work is also very neat and tidy. Im happy with my new boiler Nico put in and glad to have my hot water and heating back on. Highly recommend!

Engineer - Sohail Job reference - VHLJOB279438 Sohail was tasked with installing a brand new boiler. Not only did he do a wonderful job but he was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to VHL and someone I would be delighted to have back if any work was required in the future.

The Engineer who attended the property to install the new boiler was a superstar! He was quick, efficent, thorough, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He also explained how the new equipment worked, in plain understandable English (without getting too technical). Also the Customer Service Team very helpful and consideraye, when they called to arrange the appointment. Well done and thank you to all involved at Village Heating Ltd :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Village Heating Engineers I recently had a new boiler installed by Village Heating Engineers, and I want to express how impressed I am with the outstanding service provided by Niko and Ashton. Their professionalism, care, and thorough approach were exceptional from start to finish. Niko in particular demonstrated incredible attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety. At one point, he said, “Let’s see if there are any monsters lurking in the attic,” and decided to check the pipework in the loft — something many engineers might have skipped. This proved to be extremely significant. He discovered that the flue pipe leading to the chimney was not properly secured to the wall. If left unsupported, it could have posed serious risks, including the potential for carbon monoxide to leak into the loft. Instead of overlooking the issue, he immediately reported it and arranged for the correct materials to be delivered. When it became clear the delivery would take too long, he took it upon himself to go and pick up the necessary parts personally, ensuring the work was made safe the very same day. Throughout the installation, Niko also empowered me with valuable knowledge. He clearly demonstrated how to operate my new boiler, adjust pressure, reset it in case of faults, and use the EPH heating controls effectively. He showed me how to operate the gas meter safely — including how to turn it off in an emergency — and installed carbon monoxide alarms with care, explaining their purpose and placement. On top of his technical ability, Niko was relatable, genuine, and patient — creating an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and learning at my own pace. His dedication left me not only with a working system, but also with the confidence to manage it responsibly. Ashton was equally impressive. He was attentive, eager to learn, and supported Niko seamlessly throughout the installation. While Niko collected the additional materials, Ashton continued the work with professionalism, patience, and focus. He also took the time to advise me on the pros and cons of having the EPH control mounted on the wall versus keeping it free-standing, helping me make an informed decision that best suits my everyday use. Beyond the technical side, he was friendly, relatable, and easy to talk to — offering excellent customer service and genuine care. His teamwork, thoughtfulness, and initiative were truly appreciated. Both Niko and Ashton were also incredibly respectful of my home and my space. The area they were working in was quite tight and sometimes tricky to manoeuvre around, yet they handled this with care, awareness, and consideration — always leaving everything clean, tidy, and undisturbed. Thanks to the combined expertise and conduct of Niko and Ashton, I now have a safe, high-quality boiler installation and the knowledge to maintain and operate it with confidence. I was also informed that another team member will be returning to neatly seal and finish around the pipework, which I appreciate being kept updated on. I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional work of these two individuals. They left no stone unturned, worked with integrity, and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. I highly recommend Village Heating Engineers — especially Niko and Ashton. Their professionalism, skill, and customer care are outstanding. Engineer - Sohail Job reference - VHLJOB278939 Sohail was great, polite, respectful spoke me through everything and kept me up to date on what he was doing and how long it would take.. he then explained how to use it and spoke me through on what happens next! He was clean and removed all rubbish from my flat. I even offered to help him down 6 flights of stairs to take some rubbish down he said no that’s ok. Previously I wasn’t happy with how things worked with village heating the Friday before my installation I was cancelled and with work I had to wait another week with two children without heating and hot water overall I was left 4 and half weeks without heating and hot water.. but the engineer was lovely.

Nathan, was outstanding today. He waited a short time to allow me to get home to provide him access to my home. He then identified the ongoing issue and provided a solution with a clear and concise explanation, with next steps. His professionalism was appreciated and I hope I have him again to finish the job.

Worst service. Leaving our building without hotwater and sometimes without water. For a 2 minute reset their engineers spend hours in our building doing nothing but charging residents thousands. This lot combined with managing agents R&R are dangerous avoid them at any cost.

Hi EN, We’re sorry you’ve felt disappointed, but after reviewing our visits, our engineers confirmed the loss of heating and hot water was caused by external power cuts affecting the building — not by any fault with the system or our work. Each time, the system was fully restored before we left site. We completely understand how frustrating repeated outages can be, but power supply issues sit outside of our control. Our priority is always to restore service safely and as quickly as possible whenever we’re called out. – The VHL Team

I reached out to Village Heating, with several questions regarding a service enquiry. I hadn't made a purchase yet, so I appreciated that the support I received was still top-tier. I spoke with Sukhpreet Mann, who was extremely professional and patient. My questions were detailed and covered compatibility and warranty options, but he answered every single one with confidence and precision. He never rushed me or made me feel like my questions were wasting his time.

Nathan from VHL superb engineer great knowledge and nice human being. Many engineers came before to fix issue in our building left scratching their heads but Nathan doesn't even need tools to tell and diagnose. Happy 100+ residents in our building.
