“Gurjit was absolutely great at fixing the radiator valve and checked anything to make sure everything was working properly and also what a lovely man to chat to a bonus to the company 😀”

“Called VHL Customer Service and was booked within 2 day which was shocking to be fair, normally its a wait. However had a brilliant Mechanic called Mr. C. Mullin, very friendly, quick and knew exactly what to do and got the job done as well giving myself a little education what causes the problem etc. Mr. C. Mullin was very respectful, did a room check before and after, kindly wore his shoe covers through the house and answered all questions I had. Thank you too Mr. C. Mullin”

“Excellent customer service Thank you Rachel for all your help for getting my heating restored, you were so patient and really helped me and that’s something I’m so thankful for,, your knowledge over the phone was amazing and thank you for making me realise it was a quick battery fix change. Village heating are a great repair service, and you are a credit to them .HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Rachel thank you for organising for a gas engineer to attend for no heating and hot water emergency on the oohs line, your joyfulness over the phone and caring attitude went a long way. Heating restored I highly recommend village and the staff and engineers are all amazing they go above and beyond finally we have a good company for housing repairs x”

“Brillient, caring and friendly customer service from Rachel Village Heating customer service team called on Friday night to report boiler fault and she arranged appointment She was excelent and so was the engineer HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLAGE AND THANKFUL HYDE ARE USING THEM FOR REPAIRS GOD BLESS YOU RACHEL AND VILLAGE HEATING”

“Nico and Ashton did a great work in replacing a new boiler. An unexpected problem arose and Nico moved mountains and had the patient of a saint to make sure I could enjoy my new boiler with no issues. They were to able to find out where the issue was and solved it. I much appreciate the efforts from Nico and Ashton - they are super stars and shine brightly. Thank you Nico and Ashton!
