“The tiles arrived quickly. When I opened them a month later (the tiler was delayed) I noticed some had been broken in shipping. I wrote to Tile Experience and they sent replacements right away without a fuss at all even though it was a month after shipping. You can tell a lot about a company when there are problems- in this case they were probably damaged in shipping by the courier and not Tile Experiences fault- and I was hugely impressed by their 'no quibble' response to my issue. I would use them again.”

“The sample tiles arrived in record time. unfortunately, neither tile is a good match for my originals. I have since decided to replace the whole hearth using sandstone slabs. Many thanks for your assistance.”

“Made an order on the 13/05/2022 for next day delivery for monday. Got a call the same day I made the order to inform me that they will deliver for the Tuesday due to stock. However, they delivered at 4:30pm which has left me behind programme on my project due to no materials on site. When I contacted to chase my order sales agent was not professional and kept saying I quote"complaints email is the following" did not want to take ownership in helping me with my problem. I was going to make a credit account due to lots of purchases I make, however, due to bad customer service I have had a change of heart.”
