“The marmox boards were delivered promptly but badly damaged and unusable. I informed the tile experience by email as no customer service over the phone there has not been a response and I’m left with a broken product. A company should’ve judged by their after sales hence only 2 stars. I await a response”

“I recently left a very poor review for The Tile Experience, which at the time I felt was justified. I have since received emails from them regarding the faulty product. I have now received a replacement for the item which was delivered in good condition and on time. I will continue to use their services and hope that this was just a minor blip in their system.”

“I bought £1,300 of Marmox Thermobloc and this firm was the cheapest supplier. The stuff was delivered in 2 days as I missed the slot for the next day. The only downside was that I did not get any tracking information so was unsure where the goods were.”
