“The tiles I ordered came very quickly and were extremely well packaged. In spite of that there was some damage but the problem was resolved with out delay. I was impressed by the care and support that was given to ensure my shopping experience was one I shall undoubtedly repeat. “Many of the boxes arrived wet and had disintegrated, probably my fault as they had been delivered promptly when I wasn't expecting them so had been out. Courier had reboxed them so all seems well. Be aware of delivery as our drive is gravel so courier had to leave them on pavement 44 boxes of 20 tiles had to be transported from roadside in the pouring rain. Overall we are happy with tile experience so thank you, we just have to lay them now!”

“I had missed the deadline for next day delivery but they turned up at 0830 the next morning. Delivered by in house team who were helpful and brought items into house. Fantastic service again.”
