“First tile sample arrived broken as it was just packaged in a Jiffy bag with a single wrap of bubblewrap. Contacted Tile Experience who sent out the same sample again. It also arrived packaged in the same way. Unsurprisingly it was also broken in half. It doesn’t bode well…!”
