“Very happy with the service. Had put the wrong address. Order was made out of office hours. But call up next morning and was able to amend without any difficulties. Advisor was very accommodating. Delivered to site as promised.”

“Room for improvement. Ordered 138 tiles plus adhesive/grout for a little job on a hearth 36 tiles turned up damaged due to inadequate packaging. Nobody answers the phone, had to find the company on social media and ask for them to call me. Advisor seemed annoyed that I was calling about receiving a box full of broken bits I took an additional email but replacements were sent, they took twice as long to arrive as the original order and again arrived with another five damaged. Managed to use damaged ones for cuts and inconspicuous areas as I'd already run out of time and patience. Tiles are beautiful, it really is a shame that the packaging is so poor. (Fragile items in a thin single wall box wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap?, An extra quid on packaging would have saved £70+ in replacements 🤷🏻‍♂️)”

“Sample tiles arrived very quickly and after deciding what I wanted I ordered and they were dispatched promptly. I was 2 tiles short but a quick phone call resolved this and they were sent immediately Very good service Thankyou”

“I had a great Experience with TE. I was able to find a hard to find Bullnose red tile of 12 mm thickenss which I could not find anywhere else and the price was great. In addtion, I stupidly forgot they were going to be delivered the next day and was out so they had to come again without further charge.”

“A very good website, easy to navigate around. I was able to find tiles that were not generally available elsewhere. The only issue I had was there wasn't an option for a slower and more economical delivery and I did not need them the next day. The tiles were well packaged and there were no breakages.”
