“Another delivery of Shower waterproofing tape, delivery arrived promptly 2 days after ordering. Delivered by APC Couriers initial delivery was missed by myself as I didn’t except them to show up at 07.30am, but they Redelivered the next day promptly. Deffo will be ordering again from Tile Experience cheapest place on line for what I require. Good job 👏”

“We haven't yet started tiling, or checked all the tiles, but we were pleased to find that you supplied a simple small square white tile (surprisingly difficult). Also appreciated how straightforward it was ordering from the website, and hugely impressed that the delivery driver arrived the next day - in the storm - without fuss or complaint.”

“If you offer next day delivery on an item, then it should be next day delivery. If you send an order confirmation stating that I will notified when the order is dispached and provided with tracking info, then that's what I expect to receive. Reader: neither of these things happaned. When I have to call you to ask where my item is, I can do without the facetious response asking how much I paid for next day delivery (£7.20), before being told it was sent Royal Mail first class and implying that I got what I paid for. Spoiler: Royal Mail first class is not next day delivery. You can spend money on a nice logo and a chummy website: but if you don't do what you say you were going to do or show some contrition when mistakes happen then your brand is just all fur coat and no knickers. Do better.”

“Selecting and ordering tiles couldn’t have been easier. A few tiles got damaged in transit. I sent an email with photos a details of what got damaged and it was all sorted out in no time. Thanks for great products and service.”

“You would expect tiles to be vulnerable to bumps and breakage. The tiles arrived cocooned in so much bubble-wrap you could have dropped the pack from a first floor window without a problem. A quite unexpected nice surprise; attention to detail.”
