“A little bit of magic took place last week. Our favoured tiles appeared at our door when other suppliers described them as having just left Italy and not arriving here for 2 weeks. All contact with The Tile Experience has been helpful and good humoured. Highly recommended.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick but cost of delivery was higher than expected. Tiles were as described but not great quality. You get what you pay for I guess. I was trying to replace a couple of cracked tiles from a different supplier who had discontinued their brand.”

“I bought some terrazzo tiles from the company and it was a great service from beginning to end. The website was fast and slick, the delivery was prompt (faster than Amazon items ordered on the same day!) and the delivery driver was polite and helpful. A problem with damages was handled promptly and professionally and I got a replacement, no questions asked, within 48 hours. The quality of the product itself and the value for money, was good.”

“Quick delivery of sample tiles which my customer was pleased with. I was quite pleased to receive a discount code, which to my disappointment didn't work. After calling them to be given another code to try I found the price had gone up by around 10%(this code didn't work either). Having left the items in my basket I was emailed another code in the form of a coupon (this also didn't work). Now shopping around to buy the tiles elsewhere as already quoted my customer on the original prices.”

“Very quick in sending samples and my contractor placed an order which he is told will arrive in a few days. Only gripe was I could not get through to their sales on the phone. The number on the website was answered by recorded message, voicemail or simply dropped the calls.”

“This was my first purchase from Tile Experience with the added complications over the festive period. That said the ordering was clear and simple on-line, my e-mail communications were swift polite and professional. and the delivery was unbelievably swift. Two large boxes sealed and also a call from the delivery company which was also appreciated The item was exactly as I ordered and I would not have any hesitation in dealing with Tile Experience again Peter”
