“This was my first purchase from Tile Experience with the added complications over the festive period. That said the ordering was clear and simple on-line, my e-mail communications were swift polite and professional. and the delivery was unbelievably swift. Two large boxes sealed and also a call from the delivery company which was also appreciated The item was exactly as I ordered and I would not have any hesitation in dealing with Tile Experience again Peter”

“I have never had such a pleasant and easy experience as I did with Tile Experience. The staff members are very helpful and provide great customer service. They actually stock the tiles so no waiting time for them to be sent from the manufacturer. The staff provided me with all of the information I needed so that I could make my purchase instantly. They even delivered the next morning which was a godsend! I can highly recommend this company.”

“I would highly recommend Tile Experience, I am amazed that the three tiles that I asked for samples of, did not come as small cut pieces as is the case with other companies, but whole tiles making it so much easier to imagine what they would look like if laid. We are unable to buy the tiles at the moment as our building work is delayed but will definitely purchase them in the new year. Thank you.”
