I am a new customer and ordered the panels eight days ago and paid in full but my order has not been dispatched. I've had no communication as to what is happening. Disgusting service 😔

Under NO circumstances use these bunch of cowboys. Took my money told me lie after lie about delivery and now I'm having to go to my bank to get my money back

Waiting on replacement panels for 2 damaged in transit before Christmas. I have been very patient however replacements not received. Cant finish my bathroom. Promised being dealt with, apparently not. Leaving this review as they are now not answering my calls, I've been hung up on twice today. Unprofessional and incompetent. Would never use this company again.

Gentleman on the end of the phone polite and helpful just a shame they use a company that cannot deliver when they are supposed to. still waiting for goods to arrive

We had no notification when the delivery will take place or that the items have been delivered, the panels were dumped onto the drive and in the neighbours drive and damaged their property. Some of the panels were left leaning against the roof when it was very windy out and they were blown about and damaged. I emailed the company and so far had no response.

Do not use this company! They use cowboy delivery service that’s had me booking days off work only to wait in for it NOT to turn up. I called the Panel company and explained the situation and they had absolutely no interest at all and their attitude was ā€œwhat do you want me to do about itā€ they said it could left I a safe place but I explained I didn’t want a load of large plastic panels sitting on the side of the road. So I’ve basically got to take another day off hoping they get delivered. The gentleman (I use that term loosely!) on the end of the phone was just rude. I’d had samples off them which you have to pay postage for but at least they arrived promptly, anymore than that I would steer well clear.

1 star is 1 too many Took payment, didn't deliver goods within the promised period --> OK that's understandable, but didn't communicate the fact When chase delivery they say "run out of that stock", don't know when we'll have it, but we keep your money ..... Re-ordered a different product and told we had a guaranteed delivery time and told to have someone there for an hour beforehand and afterwards - it never turned up BUT no one have courtesy to advise and so we paid for someone to wait for 2 hours for a delivery that company had no intention of delivering Then it was delivered and just left outside the door, again no one advised of the fact, only when asked were we told that's what happened Then into the other side of customer service - we were promised a call regarding the compensation of the costs and disruption. Daily calls to see what's happening, never from the company always you have to call them. Eventually they won't take the call or reply If you want service then don't expect it, if you expect answers then don't expect it, if you think they care then don't expect it. Once they have your money you're toast .... The goods - I've no idea since we missed the fitter's schedule because of the late delivery ....

I ordered dark grey panels but the panels I received were a much lighter colour almost white I was told they let me know what they can do in terms of a refund for me over a week ago but have heard nothing.

I will never do business again with this company I ordered panel on 15 May and promised it was going to be delivered on 24 May as I was having a new bathroom fitted on 25 May, I got fed up with waiting on the 24 May so I called them to find out it not even been packed and was being sent out on Tue 28May, I am so angry as I have had my bathroom ripped out at this point and waiting for the panels so the plumber and electrician can fit everything on 25th May. I also have taken the day off work to receive these panels which I have not got as arranged, I even followed my order up with a call and spoke to a young lady who confirmed they would be delivered on Friday. This has cost me far more than the value of the panels as I don’t get paid for time off for deliveries and plus I will have to pay the plumber and electrician a cancellation fee as it’s under 24hrs notice, this is by far the worse service I have received and the only thing I got now is no bloody bathroom over a bank holiday weekend, never ever will I do business with this company again ......even Del Trotter could do better

Took a week to deliver, items were broken and colour didn't match sample. Phoned 6 times to try to sort, each time I was told that they would call back that day, never received a call from them. Even when the managing director garented a call the next day I didn't hear abything. Never had to chase a company so much to sort an order. Will not use again, will just buy direct from the distributor, which appears is all they do anyway.

Very poor customer service, refused a refund for poor quality, substandard panels that discoloured in daylight. No response to my complaint which left my elderly parents without bathroom facilities until better quality materials were purchased elsewhere. I would not recommend this company. My parents are £510 down including the cost of paying the bathroom fitters for a further day. I see other people have experienced this too. The Company Owner should be ashamed of the service he provides.

Appalling service. Promised delivery on Tuesday 24th April so husband took day off work. Arrive home at 7pm on Monday 23rd to note through door saying "panels left down side of house". The side of my house is not secure and there were no panels. I was promised a refund on 24th April as they couldnt get the products to me in time. Still no refund. chased every day this week, I've been told there is no refund until the delivery man comes and shows me where he left them??? For what reason I dont know! Delivery driver as already cancelled on the visit he was meant to make to show me. I am £300 down and the company is being so rude and unhelpful!!!!

I ordered panels which were marked as 'in stock' and 'dispatched within 24 hours' on the website but heard nothing for a week. When I called the company I was told by a very rude man that the items weren't in stock and I could either change my order or wait for 4 weeks for new stock. As I had already booked a contractor to fit the panels, I requested a refund but then had to call the company every day for 2 weeks before my refund was issued. Dreadful customer service and they should not be allowed to advertise products that they do not even have in stock!

What a shame. Good customer service but when the panels were delivered they were all broken on the tongue and groove. They were quickly replaced (3 times) but all delivered with the same problem. So disappointed!!

Not very impressed with the service unfortunately, rang on monday to place an order and was told in stock and delivered by friday, 4 days later I receive a short unapologetic email stating a delay due to no stock!, asked for a different style and then told I would receive this by monday 10.30 the latest. Finally arrived late monday afternoon (The day I was due to fit it). Lost a days wages and jeopardised future work. Not happy

Do not buy from this company unless you want to be let down. We PhD to check on delivery, and were told order was dispatched and would be delivered in 24 hours. We booked time off work to accept delivery and to fit the panels.......3 days later we are still waiting. Complete lack of customer care or service

First set of panels delivered all broken. After phone calls with Adam Wilson agreed that all panels would be replaced,however second delivery by Tufnels was same as panels not delivered on pallet just lying on top of one another again not on a pallet. Second day I have had to take off for delivery.

I ordered 2 panels for my ensuite shower, they arrived within a week and were really well packaged, so well packaged that i didn't check them. As I wasn't fitting them straight away, I stored them lying flat so that they wouldn't warp. When I was ready to install them it was approx 10 weeks since they were delivered. I fully opened them up and discovered they were badly damaged on the corners, I tried to see if I could hide the damage with the trims but the trims did not fit too well either, particularly the corner trim which would have needed a thick bead of silicone to make it flush hardly the finish I was looking for. I decided the panels were of no use to me, too flimsy and decided not to use them, I will tile instead. In all,`I am very disappointed with the state they arrived in, the quality of the panels and the trims. I know I should have inspected them fully on arrival but I didn't really have the space and as they were extremely well wrapped and I was storing them for some time I felt they were best left in the packaging. I don't expect I will recieve any money back due to the time I have had them, but I felt I needed to leave the feedback. Lesson learned, always inspect on delivery.
