“Good wood, good control of log sizes. Pallet delivery company rang in advance (unlike in the past) so well done for that!”

“Promp Delivery. The Ash which we normally get is brilliant, the Oak does take a lot longer to catch on fire, but does burn very slowly”

“All good except I asked if they would let me know when it was to be delivered so I could make arrangements, the only indication I got was on the morning of the delivery which was pretty inconvenient. As i was not advised of when the delivery was due I cannot say whether it was on time or not.”

“We have had wood from you for 3 years now and have been very happy with your excellent service, and will continue dealing with you for our wood.”

“The wood itself is great and the online ordering process is easy. My only small gripe is that when they deliver, the pallet has to be put right at the end of my drive as the pallet loader has tiny wheels and cannot go on gravel, which makes unloading all the wood a really slow process. I would imagine a lot of people ordering this wood live in the sticks and have gravel drives - maybe this is something that could be improved somehow?”

“Extremely easy to use website, payment and delivery extremely fast. Quality of wood and stacking on pallet is brilliant and easy to access. I have recommended them to a lot of potential customers locally.”

“Tracking order process was non existent untill delivery was attempted by the local delivery company. No phone call to arrange a time. As I was at work I couldn't receive it. The next day they tried to deliver, still with no call to arrange a suitable day or time. Third time lucky, but a real struggle with communication from the local delivery company. The wood is in thinner sections than I imagined, but it's dry and all the right length.”

“Good price, good quality, good communication, and to top it off a very friendly and helpful delivery driver. Basically, how things should be but so often aren't.”

“Expensive and delivery has increased by 300%. Delivery drivers seem unable to operate a hand pallet truck, usually tipping the logs all over the road.”
