“The company responded and arranged delivery very quickly. The haulier sent mixed messages via its tracking system about when delivery would be made and I wasn't contacted in advance to "book a slot" as was suggested by The Luxury Wood Company. Despite this, the supply of pellets arrived within a few days of ordering. I communicated with Luxury Wood by email over the weekend to find out what was happening with regard to delivery and they responded promptly on Monday morning.”

“Good company to deal with and we've always been pleased with the product supplied. Unfortunately, the delivery contractors they use are appallingly incompetent. The latest fiasco of a delivery, which was the worst to date, has led me to conclude that it would be better all round for us to buy our firewood elsewhere.”

“I’m a new customer to TLW company and had heard good things about the quality of their charcoal. My order arrived a day early and I’m very pleased with the size of the chunks and it looks good quality. My only small gripe is that both bags ordered were split and made a god awful mess unpacking it. I will use again provided the price remains competitive and the quality is consistent”

“I've just placed my 4th order of wood pellets with The Luxury Wood Company. Price is the best I can find (I compare 10 different suppliers), website is easy to navigate and delivery happens within the timescale that is stated on the website.... what more can you ask for. I highly recommend The Luxury Wood Company for wood pellets .”

“Good quality fuel delivered in a tightly packed crate. Burns hot and bright. I’ve bought cheaper elsewhere and have had a number of wet logs. All that were bought from Luxury Wood were perfectly dry and immediately useable”
