The wood itself is great and the online ordering process is easy. My only small gripe is that when they deliver, the pallet has to be put right at the end of my drive as the pallet loader has tiny wheels and cannot go on gravel, which makes unloading all the wood a really slow process. I would imagine a lot of people ordering this wood live in the sticks and have gravel drives - maybe this is something that could be improved somehow?
