“All logs well split and cut to good size. Pallet stacked really tightly and well wrapped. Firewood is excellent and as an added bonus the pallet is relatively easy to take apart (unlike some pallets that I've had logs delivered on, somebody has obviously thought this through, well done!) and gives a good supply of kindling once split. More than satisfied with all round excellent service.”

“The goods were received quickly, the delivery is satisfactory! but the wood itself was delivered, the quality of which disappointed me, I'm not talking about knots and bark, the wood in many places already has signs of decay ... This is my experience that I want to share with future buyers ...”

“We were pleased with the efficiency our order received. Our only minor hiccup was that we would receive a phone call about one hour before delivery and this didn't happen so we weren't quite prepared. However the delivery man was very helpful and friendly”

“All good except I asked if they would let me know when it was to be delivered so I could make arrangements, the only indication I got was on the morning of the delivery which was pretty inconvenient. As i was not advised of when the delivery was due I cannot say whether it was on time or not.”
