“We were away when the logs arrived. The pallets were placed in the perfect position not to block the access on our return. Never bought stacked logs before but it does seem a fairer way of selling them rather than loose. The packing was robust and sealed. It had rained plus a topping of Sahara sand! Moisture content c. 14%. There is also the bonus of rustic shelving made from the pallet wood! Very happy and will buy again.”

“This is the third purchase of pellets from this company, the first lot of pellets burnt well, the second one didn't. I wasn't sure if it was my boiler or the pellets, the boiler engineer said there was too much moisture in the pellets which is why the burner was backing up. I've decided to give the company another go because the first batch was ok, I'm hoping it was a one off. The price is very reasonable and the delivery cost is free. The delivery company is hit and miss, it depends who the driver is, the pellets have been stacked incorrectly and shifted on the pallet which means all the bags had to be handballed off, at 15kg for each bag, that is a massive inconvenience, especially in the rain. The bags have split, due to the way the have been stacked. Twice the delivery company didn't contact me to arrange delivery, I had to call them to stop the delivery as I wasn't in to receive it. This company has provided a credit note to add to the next order when there's been a split bag, oddly they ask how much has spilt out, it doesn't matter the bag is open and now subject to moisture. I will see if I have issues with the next order, this will determine if I use this company again.”

“Excellent quality wood, very fast delivery, delivery driver was brilliant, extremely helpful, and the wood works out a lot cheaper than local suppliers, who sell wood by the cubic metre loose which seems cheaper, but is actually a lot less wood than the Luxury Wood delivery which is tightly stacked.”

“Wood always comes neatly in boxed pallets and is cut to size that fits most wood burners. It is always dry and ready to burn. Have no problem in recommending them.”

“I ordered wood from Luxury Wood and was extremely disappointed. The delivery was underweight compared to what I paid for, and the quality was very inconsistent — some pieces even looked like softwood, not the hardwood I expected. I emailed the company to ask what they planned to do about it, but they didn’t even bother to reply. For a business selling premium products, this lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Would not recommend — 1 star.”

The weight markings on the pallet are purely for transport purposes, showing the maximum load capacity of the euro pallet — we understand this can sometimes be confusing.
