“We were away when the logs arrived. The pallets were placed in the perfect position not to block the access on our return. Never bought stacked logs before but it does seem a fairer way of selling them rather than loose. The packing was robust and sealed. It had rained plus a topping of Sahara sand! Moisture content c. 14%. There is also the bonus of rustic shelving made from the pallet wood! Very happy and will buy again.”

“Arrived very quickly and looks like good quality although i have not had chance to actually use the charcoal yet, It looks good with good size pieces ideal for slow long cooks.”
