“The product is really good. However the 100% increase in the price from last year at this time (£260 last year to £520 this year) smacks of profiteering on the hysteria re. energy prices. When asked for an explanation as to the mark up the reason cited was an increase in delivery costs- £260 extra? Not acceptable.”

“Excellent service from ordering to the delivery which was made while I was out. The logs were in my garage so very easy for me to deal with and the driver calling to say he had made the delivery and what he had done very efficient.”

“2.4m x 150mm x 50 mm oak boards delivered direct to outside house. Regular updates on delivery time. Helpful driver unloading safely . Boards are great . perfect for my vegetable beds. Compost via different company delivered near to side gate with electric pallet truck . Good service all round. Will be using again in the Spring”

“The product is fantastic As usual the courier is rubbish They informed us the day after the delivery of their arrival. My wife had to move one ton in my absence I wish there was an option for a courier palletways or their sub contractors are always a problem”

“Logs arrived in a timely fashion. Communication by the company and the delivery agent was very good. The wood was so dry that the bark fell off it when the logs were lifted out of the crate - stacking the logs then became a little messy. A small niggle for me that probably wouldn't bother everyone.”
