Despite the cost of the product doubling in price, the communication from the Luxury Wood Company was poor, with no updates on delivery information, until over 10 days after the order, and only then when I called in for an update. At this point I was told that the delivery would be the following day, leaving little time to plan for the delivery.
An hour later the delivery process redeemed itself with a representative from the haulier calling saying that they now had the pallet and when would be convenient to deliver it. Their communication, their service, and driver couldn't have been better or more helpful.
Simply put, the poor communication from the Luxury Wood Company really let them down.
4 damaged bags, loosing about 15 kg of pellets in total, but that is to be expected.
