I have used The Luxury Wood Co for several years now, ordering kiln dried ash nets which I find to be of excellent quality. The issue I have is with the delivery company. Last year I waited indoors not once but twice, only for them to not show up and without the courtesy of a phone call despite having both my mobile and landline numbers. This year, exactly the same thing, appointment made, no delivery, no phone call. Thankfully this time after phoning The Luxury Wood Co, a member of staff sorted the matter out and the wood was delivered the following day. Ironically the delivery Co were using the same excuse this year as last…an accident in the yard, which clearly rendered them unable to pick up a telephone! A good company let down by its weakest link…be warned!
