“Ordered a Teddy Bear Money Box with personalised name and DOB. When it came there was no DOB or any packing note at all. I contacted The Gift Experience who were very sorry and got another one made. But how was the first one allowed to go out with no quality control and no packing slip to identify the person who made it. We had time to await the correct item but it could have left us in an embarrassing situation.”
“I never write poor reviews, but since this is their SECOND time of asking me, even though they are well aware of the problems I have encountered with them, I'm going to say that my experience proved most unsatisfactory. The actual item was good but their admin makes it very easy to end up paying a lot more than the actual item, yet they will not accept that they need to alter their communication. I have wasted a great deal of time and money getting this thing. I shan't use them again because they appear disinterested in customer satisfaction.”

“The delivery took a long time, I ordered late Thursday night and paid for first class postage - on contacting them they confirmed dispatch on Friday but I didn’t get the goods until Wednesday. I ordered things from elsewhere at the same time and they came quicker. No real interest when I contacted them for an update both by email or phone - if there is a next time upgrade delivery as first class doesn’t work.”
“I ordered 2 Ruby Flutes to be engraved.
Confirmation email of engraving to be done didn't come, as they had my name spelt incorrectly.
When I rung to check they sent email and the engraving to be done was wrong, and wording didn't even make sense, but flutes were on their way.
When flutes arrive they were engraved, one as stated on email, and one with a letter missing!!!. They were also slightly different shades of pink to one another, which as a pair was unacceptable
I telephoned and they sent new flutes with engraving correct, so matter was resolved well, but shouldn't have happened in the first place.”
“My gift took 11days to be delivered, and on your site you say cards dispatched in 24 hrs, then I find out that the card goes with the gift so that was also late.”

The item you ordered is on a 1 to 3 days to Despatch, not Delivery, you selected Standard delivery which is a further 2 to 3 days after depatching. So overall the item would have taken between 3 and six days to arrive.
“I received a product I was not happy with. I wrote to highlight the issue with the company but have not received any response from customer service to date. I have however received a response from the product review I left for the item saying it has now been approved for publication on their website, so they have obviously seen that I was not 100% pleased. Whilst I can see the review in amongst the total list of reviews, it has of today not been added to the reviews at the bottom of the product page - which I thought was the main reason for reviewing an item, so as future customers can be better informed - poor show so far I'm afraid from what looked on the face of it a decent company. If they had got back in touch I would not be leaving these type of comments on your site”
“The website is misleading saying dispatched within 24 hours in actual fact its dispatched the following day before close of business and delivery times are not what is advertised. Delighted with the product just shocking customer service very rude and arrogant. Will never use again”
