“Sadly, the only thing received to date was an emailed gift voucher, no gift experience package, which was disappointing, as this was a 21st birthday present. Also, I only discovered yesterday that only partial insurance is included in the experience, so I had to spend an additional £20.00 to protect myself against the potential £2.5K excess in case of any damage being caused to the vehicle during the experience. I have to say, to me this is an essential part of the gift and I found therefore found the 'packaging' of the gift a little disappointing.dishonest.”

“Ordered a personalised gift for mum in law as it was her 80th birthday on the Thursday and needed it for the Saturday paid extra for special delivery it when it arrived it was the wrong gift as it for for someone else. I rang the company and spoke to a gentleman that seemed disinterested but did sound out another gift. It did arrive just as we were leaving for the party so did receive it but it was bent so not exactly ideal. I”
“Bought Christmas sacks last year much much better quality than the one I received this year - if you go on the Australia website the better quality ones are still available but not to send to UK which is disappointing”
“We bought 3 aprons with their names on for our small grandchildren, costing £10 each. We felt the fabric quality was poor, and the straps that go over their heads were too small. Adjustable straps would have been sensible, so that at least they could get them on.”
“I ordered the personalised wooden gift box; the name of the recipient was spelt incorrectly on the champagne bottle label even though it was spelt correctly on the order.”
“Delìvery far too long and at an expense ridiculously late the gift was for my 2nd Anniversary and it arrived far to late made me look bloody stupid i wont purchase ever again either”
“I ordered 3 Name a Star gifts. They arrived on time and were in good order but one name was incorrectly spelt in spite of the fact that I had written it correctly in my order and it appeared correctly spelt in the confirmation email from you. This meant I had to contact you and get a replacement before going away which was stressful given the Christmas mail delays. It arrived 1 hour before I was due to leave. This was an avoidable error due to carelessness.”
“late delivery
one of the aprons (I ordered 10!) had no front pocket. Didn't know until we used them at the Christmas Fair. For 15 pounds per apron, I expect better quality control before shipping.”
“Paid for express delivery as I need the item for a 60th birthday present...ordered it on the Sunday and was expecting it by the Tuesday, had a text message on the Monday to say it had been been despatched, but by the Wednesday still hadn’t received it and I needed it for the Friday...contacted them directly and was told they would have to call me back as they couldn’t find my order...they did callback to say that my order hadn’t been dispatched, in fact it hadn’t even been processed, but they could try and get it to me by the Saturday!😡 and they wasn’t sure why I had been told it had been dispatched ?! I’d received I told them to cancel the order, and asked for a full refund, which I then had to wait 5 days for...won’t be using again!!”
“the product was much smaller than expected, also the white lettering was patchy, it had dark shady areas so the full lettering was not bright and clear. Very disappointed”
“I was extremely pleased with the purchase itself. The delivery was a disaster. I was told it would be between three fifteen and four fifteen pm. I was at home all day. Around 4.20 I received an Email to say delivery could not be made as there was no reply and a card was left. This was a nonsense No delivery was attempted and certainly no card was left. At considerable inconvenience I was obliged to collect. This would not enamour to make additional purchases.”
“I ordered a newspaper in a presentation box for my sister and brother in laws 50th Wedding Anniversary. As this was a really special celebration I thought that it would be especially nice to give them something as novel as this. I did understand that the newspaper to be included might not be the one advertised in the advert, The Times, but I was bitterly disappointed to learn that they had received a sports paper, no other news but sports. Neither of them are the least bit interested in sport, so doubly disappointing. No where on the advert did it mention a sports paper otherwise I would not have ordered it. The idea is excellent , but the execution failed miserably and it made me feel like I had wasted so much money on what was supposed to be a very special gift.”
