Ordered a Teddy Bear Money Box with personalised name and DOB. When it came there was no DOB or any packing note at all. I contacted The Gift Experience who were very sorry and got another one made. But how was the first one allowed to go out with no quality control and no packing slip to identify the person who made it. We had time to await the correct item but it could have left us in an embarrassing situation.
