“The plaque is beautiful, exactly what I was expecting. The production & delivery dates were accurate. It was well packaged so that the delicate item could not be damaged. The delivery address has to be the same as the billing address so the intended recipient hasn't got it yet as I'll have to take it with me when I visit next. That is the only thing I feel could be improved.”
“I am pleased with the cup and saucer, they look very nice, but I was given no indication of when delivery would be, which did start to concern me as my friend's birthday was approaching. I emailed asking and got an automated reply saying I would get a reply within 48 hours this did not happen but the gift was delivered 5 days later.It took 4 weeks to arrive fromwhen I ordered .”
