The quality of the products is very good and the personalisation is definitely what I was seeking. My only criticisms would be that the printing on the cushions is not as dark as I would have liked and certainly lighter than in the marketing images, the costs are somewhat on the high side, and I thought that the delivery charges were very expensive. However, it's a once in a lifetime occasion so I was willing to pay the premium charges.”

“The plaque is beautiful, exactly what I was expecting. The production & delivery dates were accurate. It was well packaged so that the delicate item could not be damaged. The delivery address has to be the same as the billing address so the intended recipient hasn't got it yet as I'll have to take it with me when I visit next. That is the only thing I feel could be improved.”
