I ordered 2 Ruby Flutes to be engraved.
Confirmation email of engraving to be done didn't come, as they had my name spelt incorrectly.
When I rung to check they sent email and the engraving to be done was wrong, and wording didn't even make sense, but flutes were on their way.
When flutes arrive they were engraved, one as stated on email, and one with a letter missing!!!. They were also slightly different shades of pink to one another, which as a pair was unacceptable
I telephoned and they sent new flutes with engraving correct, so matter was resolved well, but shouldn't have happened in the first place.
