We send an order confirmation out with every order so that you can check the spelling and contact us if there are any issues. Our system is automated so we do not check what customers request. Sent me a mail which I opened thinking it might be a problem but instead it was a mail asking how I rated the present (being a "Personalised bottle of red wine") which I had bought for her Birthday on Apr 11th. She walked in whilst I was reading it. Surprise went.I mailed and told them and have heard nothing back.

Purchase did not arrive so spoke to someone at the telephone who asked me to call again the following week so as to leave it for 2 weeks . She also asked me to contact the local sorting office to check if they had the parcel!!! Anyway item still didn’t arrive so called again and this was re-ordered. No apology and I thought her attitude was very aloof.

The Mother’s Day gift I ordered for my wife’s 1st mother’s day did not arrive until the following week. Fail!

Ordered the year you were born. Sadly didn’t meet up to expectations, the price was too much for basically a laminated print sellotaped into a cheap cardboard ‘frame’. The information on the print off was alright but expected more. Looks cheap and sadly won’t be giving a gift.

WE bought a Crystal Vase and paid extra for Gift Wrapping. We also had the vase engraved. The engraving was of a very poor quality, and the Gift Wrapping was rubbish to say the least. Sorry but you asked!!!!!!

I ordered a sweet baby towel with personalised writing, the towel quality is ok the writing is a different pink than the trim- not horrendous just ok. It arrived in a very tatty brown square box, I thought it must be tissue wrapped inside but it wasn’t. No care at all was taken in sending this item to me.

I’d made a mistake spelling Grandma, and they didn’t pick up on it and email or phone to check! Had to order another one because m/n were wrong!

the gift itself was wonderful. The delivery of it was a disaster ! I paid additional money for next day delivery as I was going on holiday. After 5 days it still hadn't arrived and I phoned to complain and arrange the delivery to be made to my neighbour's house, giving a house number. Instead of doing that, the delivery person left it in the rubbish bin at the front of the house. It was only by chance that my neighbour saw the delivery note as he collected my mail. This was just one day before the bin men came to collect the rubbish and the gift would have been lost forever. Sadly, I am reluctant to use The Gift Eperience in future

Photo was cropped,The 2 end people out of the 6 were partly chopped off.The photo was shown in sepia the original is black and white.The sepia is nice but the top of the photo area is white.Which has certainly spoilt this plate,The rest of the plate is lovely ,a very nice idea

Sadly, the only thing received to date was an emailed gift voucher, no gift experience package, which was disappointing, as this was a 21st birthday present. Also, I only discovered yesterday that only partial insurance is included in the experience, so I had to spend an additional £20.00 to protect myself against the potential £2.5K excess in case of any damage being caused to the vehicle during the experience. I have to say, to me this is an essential part of the gift and I found therefore found the 'packaging' of the gift a little disappointing.dishonest.

I am sorry that you are disappointed. You ordered so that your gift was delivered by E-Voucher , which is designed for people who want the gift in a hurry and no postage is charged as your gift is delivered by email for you to print out and give! With regards to the additional insurance that you decided to pay if you look at the product you purchased you will see there is a Notes tab within that there is a full description that covers insurance and it is fully explained. Ordered a personalised gift for mum in law as it was her 80th birthday on the Thursday and needed it for the Saturday paid extra for special delivery it when it arrived it was the wrong gift as it for for someone else. I rang the company and spoke to a gentleman that seemed disinterested but did sound out another gift. It did arrive just as we were leaving for the party so did receive it but it was bent so not exactly ideal. I

Bought Christmas sacks last year much much better quality than the one I received this year - if you go on the Australia website the better quality ones are still available but not to send to UK which is disappointing

We bought 3 aprons with their names on for our small grandchildren, costing £10 each. We felt the fabric quality was poor, and the straps that go over their heads were too small. Adjustable straps would have been sensible, so that at least they could get them on.

I ordered the personalised wooden gift box; the name of the recipient was spelt incorrectly on the champagne bottle label even though it was spelt correctly on the order.

Delìvery far too long and at an expense ridiculously late the gift was for my 2nd Anniversary and it arrived far to late made me look bloody stupid i wont purchase ever again either
