“I ordered 2 engraved items paid for next day delivery. They didn’t arrive together a day apart. Very disappointed paying that money and service not provided.”
“Despite being advertised that the item would be despatched within three working days it took twice as long. When queried, the person concerned did not know the reason for the delay. I shall be ordering from a more reliable organisation in future.”
The item you ordered is on a 1 to 3 days to Despatch, not Delivery, you selected Standard delivery which is a further 2 to 3 days after depatching. So overall the item would have taken between 3 and six days to arrive.
“I received a product I was not happy with. I wrote to highlight the issue with the company but have not received any response from customer service to date. I have however received a response from the product review I left for the item saying it has now been approved for publication on their website, so they have obviously seen that I was not 100% pleased. Whilst I can see the review in amongst the total list of reviews, it has of today not been added to the reviews at the bottom of the product page - which I thought was the main reason for reviewing an item, so as future customers can be better informed - poor show so far I'm afraid from what looked on the face of it a decent company. If they had got back in touch I would not be leaving these type of comments on your site”
“The website is misleading saying dispatched within 24 hours in actual fact its dispatched the following day before close of business and delivery times are not what is advertised. Delighted with the product just shocking customer service very rude and arrogant. Will never use again”

“Sent me a mail which I opened thinking it might be a problem but instead it was a mail asking how I rated the present (being a "Personalised bottle of red wine") which I had bought for her Birthday on Apr 11th. She walked in whilst I was reading it. Surprise went.I mailed and told them and have heard nothing back.”

It arrived in a very tatty brown square box, I thought it must be tissue wrapped inside but it wasn’t. No care at all was taken in sending this item to me.”
“the gift itself was wonderful. The delivery of it was a disaster ! I paid additional money for next day delivery as I was going on holiday. After 5 days it still hadn't arrived and I phoned to complain and arrange the delivery to be made to my neighbour's house, giving a house number. Instead of doing that, the delivery person left it in the rubbish bin at the front of the house. It was only by chance that my neighbour saw the delivery note as he collected my mail. This was just one day before the bin men came to collect the rubbish and the gift would have been lost forever. Sadly, I am reluctant to use The Gift Eperience in future”

“Sadly, the only thing received to date was an emailed gift voucher, no gift experience package, which was disappointing, as this was a 21st birthday present. Also, I only discovered yesterday that only partial insurance is included in the experience, so I had to spend an additional £20.00 to protect myself against the potential £2.5K excess in case of any damage being caused to the vehicle during the experience. I have to say, to me this is an essential part of the gift and I found therefore found the 'packaging' of the gift a little disappointing.dishonest.”
I am sorry that you are disappointed. You ordered so that your gift was delivered by E-Voucher , which is designed for people who want the gift in a hurry and no postage is charged as your gift is delivered by email for you to print out and give! With regards to the additional insurance that you decided to pay if you look at the product you purchased you will see there is a Notes tab within that there is a full description that covers insurance and it is fully explained. “Ordered a personalised gift for mum in law as it was her 80th birthday on the Thursday and needed it for the Saturday paid extra for special delivery it when it arrived it was the wrong gift as it for for someone else. I rang the company and spoke to a gentleman that seemed disinterested but did sound out another gift. It did arrive just as we were leaving for the party so did receive it but it was bent so not exactly ideal. I”
