“I purchased a 2 night getaway for my inlaws anniversary present, nothing but hassle trying to book , takes many many days for reply email, issues re dont have doubleroom etc, only weekend avail dates which is a supplement charge !! i could say more but not wasting anymore of my time, dont book.”
“Dreadful will not be ordering again. Picture was sideways and missed off our names. Had to go through the hassle of returning the item even though it would be no good to anyone else as it’s our baby in the photo! Then had to chase for a refund. AVOID”

“The gifts ordered were not as advertised in the first instance - Gift mugs were wrongly printed and despite obviously being a silver wedding present, they were inappropriately wrapped in black wrapping paper.
On contacting the suppliers, they agreed to replace the misprinted mug at no extra cost so I was eventually well satisfied. Good job I'd left plenty of time before the actual silver wedding date,”

“We ordered two teddy bears for despatch to an address in NI. One arrived with the correct inscription on the T-shirt, 'Lucy's Bear', but the other arrived with an incorrect inscription on the T-shirt. This was for a First Communion for 'Rory' when it was for the 9-week old's baptism/christening.
My daughter-in-law was in touch and I then phoned the company. A rather offhand and unconcerned woman said it would be corrected but that we would have to send a photograph. At the time we visited the correct version had still not arrived.
Not very impressed. We were given a choice of two types, chose one and got the other. Somebody doesn't seem to like their job.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention.
I am sorry if you thought our customer service team were offhand and unconcerned, I can assure you that mistakes are taken very seriously and are treated as a priority to be dealt with. We do ask for photos so that we can log the errors with our production manager and see where we went wrong for training purposes.
I can see that the replacement has been delivered but I do appreciate the upset and inconvenience of this arriving late and can only extend my apologies once again.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I do not think it warrants insulting our hard-working production/warehouse team.
Unfortunately on occasion mistakes can happen and I appreciate that this is frustrating and upsetting however I think it is important to have some understanding and show a little kindness in situations like this instead of throwing around insults.

Great time, care and effort goes into sourcing our products and personalising them, we would not consider anything we sell to be cheap and nasty and would dispute any claim of this.

“I ordered a personalised cushion for our friends silver wedding anniversary, it was cushion. When it arrived it had the wrong design on, I also noted the incorrect date (but I think that as an oversight on my part). I contacted customer service and Robyn requested an image of the cushion I received and quickly arranged for a new one to be dispatched on receipt. The speed and efficiency in which Robyn reacted was exemplary, a true example of turning a negative into a positive customer experience. Thank you”
