“I had a very disappointing experience trying to use this voucher, and honestly, it felt far more trouble than it was worth.
I was already at the hotel when I found out I couldn’t actually use the voucher because it hadn’t been properly issued/activated. I wasn’t made aware in advance that there were extra steps required. After waiting several days to finally receive the correct voucher, I then had to go through an additional online activation process, which was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
The whole experience completely took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon tea. If I had known how much hassle was involved just to use the voucher, I would not have chosen this option at all.
Overall, very frustrating and not user-friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the process is made much clearer and simpler.”

Placed my order on Sunday and had auto order confirmed.
It's now Tuesday and emailed, to ask status of my order.
Automated response again saying, we aim to respond within 2 days!!
2 days??? Come on some sort of contact should be quicker than that!
You state that....We aim to despatch your order within the stated time against each product below, please note during our peak periods we might exceed this so please be patient.
So you mention it will be dispatched 1 to 3 working days but that is from when you ship out the order!
So basically it appears very misleading as you can hold an order for a week or more and when you actually ship, it takes 1 to 3 working days.
Disappointed in 2 ways.

Your sales pitch is it takes 1 to 3 working days to dispatch but doesn't mention when the customer can realistically expect their order!
