Placed my order on Sunday and had auto order confirmed.
It's now Tuesday and emailed, to ask status of my order.
Automated response again saying, we aim to respond within 2 days!!
2 days??? Come on some sort of contact should be quicker than that!
You state that....We aim to despatch your order within the stated time against each product below, please note during our peak periods we might exceed this so please be patient.
So you mention it will be dispatched 1 to 3 working days but that is from when you ship out the order!
So basically it appears very misleading as you can hold an order for a week or more and when you actually ship, it takes 1 to 3 working days.
Disappointed in 2 ways.
Emailed and no response.
Your sales pitch is it takes 1 to 3 working days to dispatch but doesn't mention when the customer can realistically expect their order!
