“We paid for a gift for Saturday delivery and paid the extra for it to eventually come a whole week later!!!
Not the best pleased taking in account it was an extra £10 plus for the delivery and couldn’t even come for the date specified missing a special event.”

Keepsake purchased did not resemble the expected quality on reciept. Appeared really cheap and badly made. Would definitely not recommend the gift experience.co.uk.

“Gift ordered, Golf Clock. Scant information how to remove or start clock. Emailed Gift Experience, no reply. Managed to remove clock which wouldn't start. As presentation imminent took clock to jewelers who said battery was flat and fitted a new battery . Clock now o/k. Eventually heard from gift experience, to little to late.”

“The gift itself it appears was excellent my complaint is concerning the wording on the website re delivery. It states it is "despatched" within tow days. I orders the gift on a Thursday for a Tuesday the following week birthday. It arrived on the following Thursday. This was a milestone 40th birthday for my nephew and I was not happy it arrived a week later. I will not be using your company again

“The father of the bride tanker itself was lovely however after paying £4 for the gift wrap I'm not happy it came in a tatty old black box. My partner ordered one the same time under his account and his came in a lovely black box with a satin inside yet we both paid the same. I would say the glass gorgeous and my dad loved it however don't bother paying for gift wrap I ended up going to a cars shop and paid 1.99 for a box which looked better than the £4 one they supplies my partner with and better than my tatty collotaped box. I did email in and ask about the gift box and they said they would send it out 1st class a week and a bit later it still hasn't arrived and the wedding has been.”

Dear Alexandra I am sorry that you are not happy. I have checked the order and you did not include a delivery address hence that is why it was delivered to your home address. This would have been on the Order Confirmation.
“I purchased two personalised gifts on the same day for my wife's birthday one turned up within three days the other one is still missing 17 days later. I have emailed a numerous times and been told it is the fault of the Post Office but no one can tell me where it is even with a tracker number.”

“I was initially impressed at fact that the cushion I ordered was despatched so quickly, however, it then took a week to arrive so I had to give it late as it was a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I was disappointed that the words on the cushion were not spaced evenly like the picture from which I ordered. There was a large space after their name and the date was squashed too close to the line above. I don’t think I would recommend this product especially for an important occasion such as golden wedding anniversary!”
