The book is just copies of old newspaper clippings which are so small you cant read it.

A very disappointing and frustrating delivery experience. The product arrived 2 weeks late and unfortunately too late for the occasion.

I ordered a Name A Star Certificate, it didn't even come on an A4 paper cardboard which a Certificate would normally be printed on. It was cheap and tacky small piece of flimsy coloured paper like you would get a leaflet through the door advertising a promotion...also the cardboard envelope it came in was crushed on one corner even though it had an outer package so I'm guessing it got sent out like this and not done via delivery. I thought I'd picked a nice gift for my cousin's 40th Birthday present for a keep sake. I'm very disappointed in the quality of my purchase.

Disappointed 😥. It has been difficult to find a plant to fit this pot as it is so small. Feel like I'm unable to give this as a gift.

The plate was ok, I paid for 1st class postage and it didn't come till a week late, I paid for wrapping and it was tacky. The plate was well protected in the post though, sorry to say I won't be ordering anything else

Item arrived damage. Did not have enough time for it to be re ordered. I was offered 30%,off my price. On consideration I asked for 50% only to find that my email was in their spam folder so the response was days later. The G.E did agree to the 50% but I still feel better care and quicker response should of been taken considering after all .... it was a gift.

We paid for a gift for Saturday delivery and paid the extra for it to eventually come a whole week later!!! Not the best pleased taking in account it was an extra £10 plus for the delivery and couldn’t even come for the date specified missing a special event.

Re: KEEPSAKE - 4475240 Purchased: 31st May 2019 Buy in haste repent in leisure comes to mind. Keepsake purchased did not resemble the expected quality on reciept. Appeared really cheap and badly made. Would definitely not recommend the gift experience.co.uk. Very disappointed.

Gift ordered, Golf Clock. Scant information how to remove or start clock. Emailed Gift Experience, no reply. Managed to remove clock which wouldn't start. As presentation imminent took clock to jewelers who said battery was flat and fitted a new battery . Clock now o/k. Eventually heard from gift experience, to little to late.

Gift was lovely and as expected. Giftwrap was (contrary to what it said on website) inappropriate and cheap looking. Very disappointing, I had to buy new wrap and do it myself.

Rather a hassle to validate the offer. Nearesr venue a round trip of tweny miles. Just for tea in a Travel Lodge, I don't think so! Not good for 80 plus year olds. We didn't bother.tactfully thanked the giver but not too enthusiastically in case they gift us another one. Shame as we have wonderful teashops in our home town. Don't recommend .

Disappointment with bottle label first one not printed as ordered a replacement was sent and still a problem with that. Had to accept 2nd one as it didn’t arrive until 31st May and the wedding it was for was 23rd

The gift did not arrive. Had to wait 10 working days before they would start the process for a refund, to be advised that could take another 30 days before the refund is made as per the Ts&Cs.

The gift itself it appears was excellent my complaint is concerning the wording on the website re delivery. It states it is "despatched" within tow days. I orders the gift on a Thursday for a Tuesday the following week birthday. It arrived on the following Thursday. This was a milestone 40th birthday for my nephew and I was not happy it arrived a week later. I will not be using your company again Jacqui Ball
