“i am really pleased with the quality of our order ,but we had a nightmare with delivery/being told it was sent on 9th January made plenty phone calls i was told i would have to wait until the 23rd to claim we it arrived after there party so was really not happy.I did receive it but was really upset as it was not posted until the 17th 10 days after the order .But just to say it is a really nice gift.”
“The gift was lovely when it arrived. Ordered it a week before Xmas but didn't arrive until after New Year. Too late for the Xmas as they were presents. Had been told they had been dispatched but it still took nearly 2 weeks to then arrive. When I tried to find out where they were Friday before Xmas office was closed.”

“The gift was brought as a retirement present - the actual present itself was great, the customer service was awful. we paid extra to get the present delivered on next day delivering, the present never arrived, we were told they has tired to deliver it, but no one was in - this was at 3:30, when the office is open to 5:30. It had gone back to the depot but they could not deliver back to us until the following day (so now 3 days late) this resulted in me having to drive to the depot and collecting the present, with no apologies from yourself.”
“I ordered off my phone a 70th birthday tankard and didn't see the drop down box that said 18 on it.Needless to say it arrived as a 70th birthday tankard with a massive 18 engraved on it, my fault I know. I rang them in the hope they could help but found them very off hand. I run my own company and I know I would have been more sympathetic and tried to help even with some money knocked off doing another one, it's good customer service and means you would go back and use them again. Because of that I wouldn't go back. I went to my local Timpsons and got one done and engraved within the hour for the same price.

“Nice quality underwear, but would have appreciated the seller double checking the size, i requested a medium and received a size 12 which is quite large. I would have expected something more between an 8/10. Unfortunately i saw after my purchase that they sized from 10 up, not S, M, L etc so i would have appreciated a check before sending, since i stipulated M and a 12 is more on the large side”

I am sorry that you think we did not deliver on time, we don't actually state a Delivery Time we actually state a Despatch time and the postage is an estimate based upon Royal Mail stated times. I am sorry that Royal Mail did not leave the item in a secure place, I assume the recipients informed you of this? TGE Customer Services.
“I bought a keyring from this site around a month or so ago. The Keyring has already broken (it was a keyring that opened up and could fit a small picture in the middle). The part to keep the picture in fell out almost instantly, then one of the little pins that keep the front of the keyring attached and on a hinge to open, fell out meaning that the front fell off and wont go back on, and also the engraving was extremely faint and you could barely see it and it had a small dent in the top of it. I will be looking for a refund on my purchase if someone can please get back to me on this?”
