The father of the bride tanker itself was lovely however after paying £4 for the gift wrap I'm not happy it came in a tatty old black box. My partner ordered one the same time under his account and his came in a lovely black box with a satin inside yet we both paid the same. I would say the glass gorgeous and my dad loved it however don't bother paying for gift wrap I ended up going to a cars shop and paid 1.99 for a box which looked better than the £4 one they supplies my partner with and better than my tatty collotaped box. I did email in and ask about the gift box and they said they would send it out 1st class a week and a bit later it still hasn't arrived and the wedding has been.

A disappointing experience.We paid for quick delivery to our friends but , instead, the cushions + personalised printed card was sent to us - then I had to go to the added expense and bother , to post the items to our friends.We will not use this website again.

Dear Alexandra I am sorry that you are not happy. I have checked the order and you did not include a delivery address hence that is why it was delivered to your home address. This would have been on the Order Confirmation.

I purchased two personalised gifts on the same day for my wife's birthday one turned up within three days the other one is still missing 17 days later. I have emailed a numerous times and been told it is the fault of the Post Office but no one can tell me where it is even with a tracker number.

Customer service poor, no idea how they deliver goods ,the mug I had ordered came 7 days later not the 3 days it said !

i bought a gift for valentines day, and still waiting for it. i have contacted the company but feel they just dont give a damn. i more than likely will not be buying from them again. they use the excuse is was sent seperatley with the other two items i purchased. but why would you send it speratley. or did they.

I was initially impressed at fact that the cushion I ordered was despatched so quickly, however, it then took a week to arrive so I had to give it late as it was a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I was disappointed that the words on the cushion were not spaced evenly like the picture from which I ordered. There was a large space after their name and the date was squashed too close to the line above. I don’t think I would recommend this product especially for an important occasion such as golden wedding anniversary!

Took far too long to be delivered with poor communication. Item, once it arrived, was nice but I wouldn't order again due to delivery time

i am really pleased with the quality of our order ,but we had a nightmare with delivery/being told it was sent on 9th January made plenty phone calls i was told i would have to wait until the 23rd to claim we it arrived after there party so was really not happy.I did receive it but was really upset as it was not posted until the 17th 10 days after the order .But just to say it is a really nice gift.

OREDERED TWO ITEMS ONLY ONE ARRIVED THOU IT SAID 2 ITEMS ON INVOICE NEARLY 2 WEEKS NOW AND STILL AWAITING SECOND ITEM VERY BAD SERVICE

The gift was lovely when it arrived. Ordered it a week before Xmas but didn't arrive until after New Year. Too late for the Xmas as they were presents. Had been told they had been dispatched but it still took nearly 2 weeks to then arrive. When I tried to find out where they were Friday before Xmas office was closed.

Cup quality was good , you lot messed up my order when i asked for new cup to be sent you tried charging me full price thats disgraceful as you are the ones who messed up

All well except for the printing on the item. They got the printing different than was ordered. E/mailed sender 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. That's why only 2 stars.

The gift was brought as a retirement present - the actual present itself was great, the customer service was awful. we paid extra to get the present delivered on next day delivering, the present never arrived, we were told they has tired to deliver it, but no one was in - this was at 3:30, when the office is open to 5:30. It had gone back to the depot but they could not deliver back to us until the following day (so now 3 days late) this resulted in me having to drive to the depot and collecting the present, with no apologies from yourself.

I ordered off my phone a 70th birthday tankard and didn't see the drop down box that said 18 on it.Needless to say it arrived as a 70th birthday tankard with a massive 18 engraved on it, my fault I know. I rang them in the hope they could help but found them very off hand. I run my own company and I know I would have been more sympathetic and tried to help even with some money knocked off doing another one, it's good customer service and means you would go back and use them again. Because of that I wouldn't go back. I went to my local Timpsons and got one done and engraved within the hour for the same price. Lesson Learned
