“We booked a cruise/tour to S America- from the beginning to the end was fraught with miss- information, lack of information and communication leading to too many hours being wasted trying to find out what was happening - on leaving the ship in Buenos Aires we had to get another company to clarify what was to happen next ! What should have been a holiday of a lifetime was ruined by Cruise Specialists frustrating inadequate degree of planning. On our return their response to our complaints was again very frustrating - they have basically said that the tour was run by another subsidiary of theirs - both of which come under the umbrella of Thomas Cook who have the reputation of ignoring you and of course we have now given up.! I would never recommend Cruise Specialist to anyone and I am very surprised that they have put forward my name to give a review knowing how unhappy I am with them- possible lack of communication again ? !!”

“Our regular rep was Bryan MacKay for the last four or five cruise holidays. I made a point of contacting him as his manner is perfect and a credit to his company. I'm looking at another cruise for November/December 2015 and April 2016 and will make a point of asking for him to deal with all enquires. John blake”

“My wife and I have booked our last three cruises with the Cruise Specialists and have always been satisfied with their expertise and efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. We have directed several friends and acquaintances to them and they have always been pleased with the subsequent deals they negotiated. If we see a cruise advertised elsewhere they will always meet and usually beat their rivals offer.”

“Its been an overall good experience dealing with the Cruise Specialists and I would readily recommend them I will be using them twice in 2016 for our holiday arrangements. However I wouldn't' recommend one hour between flights in New York. Won't be doing that again.”

“My friend and I have really enjoyed two cruises from Hull and one from Newcastle with Cruise Specialist. We cannot praise the service we received on all the ships - all very, very clean, very enjoyable food and good entertainment in the evenings. What more could anyone ask! My friend is disabled and therefore we cannot partake of many of the shore trips but this does nt bother us as there is always something going on on board the ships. Unfortunately we do not cope with really hot weather and have done the Fjords, Baltic Cities and Iceland cruises and are wondering what we can come up with for next year.”

“I have been on several cruises and have always used the Cruise Specialists when booking. I have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and informative and has definitely taken away all the stress that booking a holiday can cause. I would not book a cruise holiday without speaking to the specialist first! Thank you Cruise Specialists”
