“Initially we contacted the Cruise Specialists when we were enquiring for a cruise around the Caribbean. Kirsty Fleming was very helpful with many suggestions and good ideas. When we decided to have a two island stay instead she said she could help us with this. As she had been so helpful, at no time pressuring but continual sourcing ideas we decided to book our holiday with her and have been delighted. It's definitely one of our best holidays ever - extremely comprehensive and clear itinerary, excellent flights, transfers and great hotels with rooms exactly as requested. Everything went to plan faultlessly. We have recommended the cruise specialists and specifically Kirsty to many friends and look forward to using her services again.”

“Our first time in booking with the Cruise Specialists turned out to be the best choice ever. Since then over the past few years we have experienced many times a service that cannot be faulted. The first cruise we booked with them was with friends and now us and them would always stay loyal to The Cruise Specialists. No matter who answers your telephone call to them, you immediately feel they genuinely want to give the best service in helping you choose the right holiday for you. Of all the holidays us and our friends have booked with them there has never been any problems at all from the booking paperwork and payments. If we have a query regarding the actual cruise and contact The Cruise Specialists it will be solved by their willingness to contact the shipping line with success to put our minds at rest. We can definitely recommend The Cruise Specialists with total confidence especially first time cruisers as it can be a daunting experience not knowing the process but the Cruise Specialists can calm any rough seas if you can forgive the pun. We hope this review has proved how pleased we are to be a Cruise Specialists customer.????”
