“I have used the Cruise Specialist since 2004 when I booked my first cruise to the Caribbean for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. The cruise was extremely enjoyable, only issues was the hurricane called Katrina. I have been on 5 cruises to date 4 of which booked through The Cruise Specialist. I have experienced a high level of professionalism, good humour but most importantly, the expertise of customer service agent when booking my cruise. I would not book a cruise through any other agent.”

“We have been using the Cruise Specialists to arrange our Cruising Holiday needs for at least 7 years. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff; in particular, I must mention Lynne Mcrobbie (formerly Lynne Scott) who has micromanaged our requirements and never fails to come up with plans that meet our needs. She has proved herself to be totally reliable over the smallest detail and makes sure that we have everything sorted-out so that we can just take advantage of her arrangements and enjoy our holiday. Lynne is always our first call when we have a plan in mind. A brilliant service!”

“Courteous, prompt and very efficient service. Unfortunately when we cancelled a booked cruise in good time we lost our deposit- but this was beyond Cruise Specialist control.”

“Whilst the overall service was OK and we received the tickets, this was only after prompting from us throughout the process. A final admission that our e-mail address had been wrongly written down did matters become clearer. A bit sloppy since we sent many a query which went unanswered. A recent booking made on board with Silversea has been forwarded to your company. We would have expected you to contact us if you want our business. We have heard nothing.”

“Silverseas have lost the plot. There was a lot of maintaince being carried out in guest areas during the cruise. There was a lot of cost cutting. The officers were very grumpy. We are going to try another cruise line next time.”

“We have been using you for the last 5 years now & always deal with Jackie Handsley, who is absolutely fantastic, we have cruise alone, with groups of friends and recently booked a cruise from Southampton for our elderly parents, everything has been arranged perfectly every time & we have been promptly advised of any changes etc. We cannot speak highly enough of Jackie, she is a credit to your company & the main reason we come back to you each year. Thank you Jackie”
