“Massive Thank you, especially to Aileen. I and my partner have worked in Customer Service for 70 years between us and I can honestly say in the last 2 weeks we have been blown away on how good the Company and Aileen were. Never booked a cruise before. Honeymoon soon, couple of calls, some emails, all booked. Amazing. Look no further if thinking about a cruise. 2 very excited oldies European bound soon on the Ventura..... Wish I could give more than 5.. Chris and Mandy ⛴️❤️”

“Absolutely treated first class by William he really was very helpful and was instrumental in us booking our cruise he helped us through all the procedure and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cruise specialists and definitely use them again we had a fantastic holiday couldn't fault it thanks again from us both”

“The best, most helpful , booking service we have ever had. Only enquired Saturday for any late PO cancellations to the Canary Islands, only the 17/10/25 for 14 days would suffice. Ms Aileen Robertson, our contact, has performed well above expectation.”

“Neil very helpful & knowlegable about the cruise we wanted to book. Great advice too. Been on many cruises with different liners, but he was the only one that has ever asked if we cruised before with MSC or other liners. Booked with Kirsty last year & she didnt ask this for Holland America,even though we had sailed with them before. Neil is a credit to this company!. Not enough people who are as helpful these days. Very passionate about cruising & credit where it's due. Company is lucky to have him working for them. Will recommend him to others & book with future cruises too. Thank you, Lorraine & Paul.”

“We have used The Cruise Specialists for many years now and always had great service. Kirsten Pritchard is our go to person she is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for her, always returns calls and answer any cruise holiday questions. Our details are on file so makes booking simpler. I would highly recommend The Criuse Specialist.”

“Stacey understood the fact we needed options . The process was hugely enjoyable as we worked together. 6 adults required an eastern Mediterranean 10 day cruise all inclusive. Great flights on jet2 some amazing cities Rome , split , Portofino, Kotor , celebrity ship was great . The costs we thought were really good nd what “the cruise specialists “ did was plan it explain the process of getting to our destination and the type of all inclusive packages we could choose from . The process was so simple and the pre and after are magnificent so thanks . Also the staff on the celebrity constellation were also outstanding. Thanks Danny”

“I booked a cruise with this company through their rep STUART DALES he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries. He was a very pleasant, friendly guy a pleasure to deal with who offered me a good package. Unfortunately due to an unforseen medical emergency I had to cancel my planned trip Stuart was able to get me a full refund and the money was back in my bank within days,a true professional, when circumstances change I will most certainly be using this company again.”

“Kirsty at the Cruise Specialists was first class. So friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with her dedication that I booked two cruises with her for this year. I will not be ever going g through another agent. When you have found the best ( and I have) you ditch the rest.
