“aileen has been good from enquiry to final booking of our mediterranean cruise for 05/25.we are a big group of 11 members and she always answered whatever querry we had within the group.look forward to this cruise holiday.”

“We have booked a couple of cruises through Aileen and the Cruise specialists now. Aileen is outstanding. She works tirelessly to provide a first class service. Her experience and knowledge helps match you to the right cruise and she works so hard to get the best possible deal for you. We can’t thank her enough for her recent commitment to secure us an outstanding cruise for next year to celebrate our retirement and this was despite all the odds and challenges thrown up along the way. We would highly recommend this company and particularly Aileen”

“Aileen at the Cruise Specialists is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she will always find answers to any questions I have even after booking. “The initial dealings when booking our holiday were all great but when we encountered an issue on holiday there was no help or support at all. On returning from holiday and sending a further email in an attempt to get a resolution there has been no response. Very disappointing after the initial service”

“I started cruising, reluctantly, 10 years ago and am now hooked! My love of cruising has been developed over time and been made possible by the Cruise Specialists. My personal agent... although I prefer to think of her as a friend, is called Kirsten Pritchard and what a star she is! She has held my hand every step of the way and is always prepared to go the extra mile to secure me my perfect trip. Her efficient, professional, friendly approach is second to none and her gorgeous accent and easy sense of humour make her a delight to chat to over the phone. To be fair, all of the lovely ladies at the Cruise Specialists are efficient and friendly and all will organize your perfect trip. Cruising is a delightful way to explore our beautiful world.... your own 5 star floating hotel! There are numerous cruise companies out there all claiming to be best on price as well as service.... in my opinion the Cruise Specialists Iare simply outstanding!”
