Assured the kids cabins were opposite adults when in fact doors to their cabins were along opposite corridor. I emailed company to book us seats but was informed that we same flight seats back and this was on ticket but not the case when in fact we were all separate and my 13 year old was put another end of plane. I emailed company - no response after two emails.

We booked a Christmas and New Year Cruise as we thought that it would be very special. Apart from a few bits of tinsel you would have been hard pushed to know it was Christmas, there was very little Seasonal Joy, entertainment was very poor. The high light of the Christmas Entertainment was the children's show, the play team should be very proud of them selves, by far out classed the entertainment manager. Apart from the Fireworks in Madeira, which were fantastic , New Year on the ship was none existent. The uniformed crew (not the cabin and restaurant crew) were cold and seemed totally worn out and lacked lustre. The cruise was an absolute waste of money.

Didn't deliver cruise package as promised and received written confirmed. Didn't ring back when queried. Wouldn't use again.

Whilst the overall service was OK and we received the tickets, this was only after prompting from us throughout the process. A final admission that our e-mail address had been wrongly written down did matters become clearer. A bit sloppy since we sent many a query which went unanswered. A recent booking made on board with Silversea has been forwarded to your company. We would have expected you to contact us if you want our business. We have heard nothing.

Cruises were good but the flights given to us every time we used you were terrible. No thought put in to the flight programs. Seems you were only interested in booking us on the cruise and it was too bad the flights did not tie up going there and coming back. Therefore we no longer wish to use your company to book cruises and we will go elsewhere. John D Brown

You needed constant reminders to book flights and organise pre-cruise hotel-cruise hotel. Took your advice for hotel, but it was dirty and disinterested. Cruise excellent - we have used Seabourn before.
