“Whilst the overall service was OK and we received the tickets, this was only after prompting from us throughout the process. A final admission that our e-mail address had been wrongly written down did matters become clearer. A bit sloppy since we sent many a query which went unanswered. A recent booking made on board with Silversea has been forwarded to your company. We would have expected you to contact us if you want our business. We have heard nothing.”

“Silverseas have lost the plot. There was a lot of maintaince being carried out in guest areas during the cruise. There was a lot of cost cutting. The officers were very grumpy. We are going to try another cruise line next time.”

“We have been using you for the last 5 years now & always deal with Jackie Handsley, who is absolutely fantastic, we have cruise alone, with groups of friends and recently booked a cruise from Southampton for our elderly parents, everything has been arranged perfectly every time & we have been promptly advised of any changes etc. We cannot speak highly enough of Jackie, she is a credit to your company & the main reason we come back to you each year. “We always book our cruises through The Cruise Specialists. We have had excellent service over many years. The staff, in particular Kirsten Pritchard, are always very efficient and helpful in every aspect of our bookings, whether it be a Cruise Line package or a package put together by themselves. Any queries we have had have always been dealt with immediately. Can not fault the service we get. We wouldn't dream of booking a cruise with anyone else.”

“We have used the Cruise specialists for a number of years and have a very good rapport with one of the Administrators who books our cruises, pick ups ,transfers and everything always goes like clockwork. We have recommended her to our friends and would not go anywhere else when booking a cruise.”
