“I have used the cruise specialist for several years and feel extremely confident in booking with them. I usually deal with Lesley Gardiner who is very proficient and very quick to respond to my requests. Help and advice is knowledgeable and she is always willing to help.”

“Very efficient and polite. Documents were sent in good time and were easy to understand. Have used them several times and they are always willing to spend time finding right cruise for you. Where possible I try to use the same advisor as they understand my needs well and we have developed a good relationship. Knowledge of ships and companies good as they have been on them which enabled them to answer my questions well and if they did not know the answers they found out from someone else. Rang back when said they would.”

“We have been booking our cruises on Star Clippers in the Caribbean and this year for the first time in the Med. Jackie Handsley at the Cruise Specialists has always been very helpful and also in some cases finding us very competitive Flights and recommending Hotels which have proved to be excellent so that we can extend our holiday, We would have no hesitation in recommending them, and her to anybody thinking of booking a cruise.”

“At first I was disappointed in the service I received as there was a change of staff due to pregnancy leave, but once my own travel agent took over for me things were much better and I got the cabin I requested at a very reasonable price, and the information I needed. I found the website quite difficult and complicated to use, the means of access seemed to vary every time I logged on which was confusing. I think it is probably unreasonable to expect a large company such as yours to give an elderly single traveler the care and attention she requires,, but your staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Fantastic cruise on board Celebrity Eclipse. This is our 6th time on this ship and it never disappoints. Levels of service, food, hospitality and everything was superb. We are very fussy people so would not pass these comments lightly.”

“Have been on a few cruises via your Company, and although good have obtained a better deal, stuck with you as I found reliability. Am surprised you charge for using Credit Cards, also Debit. Am I to understand that one has to pay by cheque, or deliver cash? Regards Stanley Gold”

“My Wife and I made a genuin complaint to the cruise specialist thay were not interested all we asked for was for reembersment for an extra night stay which was caused by unsatisfactory conections. We were good customers of the Cruise Specialist however when a company lets us down we dont use them again plrase be aware of this company. Regards Mr & Mrs Clation.”
