“Haven't used you for some time because from a price point of view you are no longer very competitive. I had excellent service from you in the past but you don't seem to offer any particularly attractive deals - especially to ex-customers. We cruise every year but in recent times have used other companies. John Farrer”

“I have booked numerous RCI cruises over the years mainly with David Brown of The Cruise Specialists. I have found him to most helpful and informative with every enquiry I have made. He has a vast knowledge of cruising and of ships and he cascades this to his clients / customers. Having looked at High Street travel agents, I have found TCS offer a far better, unrushed and personalised service. 10 /10”
