Whilst the overall service was OK and we received the tickets, this was only after prompting from us throughout the process. A final admission that our e-mail address had been wrongly written down did matters become clearer. A bit sloppy since we sent many a query which went unanswered.
A recent booking made on board with Silversea has been forwarded to your company. We would have expected you to contact us if you want our business. We have heard nothing.
