No to Suntransfers…DO NOT RECOMMEND! I booked and pre-payed for Suntransfers to collect me from Cancun airport however they failed to pick me up and I had to take a taxi! There was also no way of contacting them as it kept going to answer machine. When I looked at the return pick up time they scheduled, it was way to early and would have had us waiting at the airport for over 3 hours. When I asked them to move it forward an hour they where incredibly unhelpful and refused because it was outside of 48 hours. I requested a refund which they also refused. I had to re-book a transfer with the hotel leaving 1.15 hours later than they scheduled, as recommended by the hotel and still arrived at the airport 2 hours before the flight time. Clearly they had scheduled to suit themselves, not us. I would never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them - terrible experience and awful customer service!
