What an awful company. I had a return journey booked on Monday but our flight was cancelled. Amongst other things to do I contacted Suntransfers and had to wait 40 mins to get connected to an agent. I ‘spoke’ with Eric and explained my predicament, understanding that our pickup was scheduled within the hour and he advised me that a reschedule was possible and to make contact when the new flight details were known. I got a phone call shortly afterwards to confirm. I did that the day after and after another lengthy wait was connected to Robert who said my booking was cancelled. When I challenged that he adopted an awful tone and after a short exchange ended the chat. I reconnected to another agent who wouldn’t engage in further discussion either, simply sending me an email address if I wanted to complain.
I therefore complained and got a response today that disregarded my reasons for being dissatisfied and reconfirming that the booking was cancelled and I needed to rebook and pay again. Rather than help its customers in a time distress, they added to the problem and appear to be profiteering from a crisis.
My advice would be steer clear of these people and find a company that cares about its customers welfare.
