We booked a transfer from Tenerife airport to the cleopatra palace. The bus driver dropped us off 20 minutes away from the hotel and we had to get a taxi for the rest of the journey. When we complained to sun transfers the bus company said that this never happened that we were dropped at the hotel. We got a receipt from the taxi driver as proof of journey. We won’t be using sun transfer’s again.

Poor customer service they never responded to my emails regarding my complaints We were supposed to be picked up in Lisbon Plane was a little late got our luggage immediately but there was no driver or a sign with our name on the transfer board when we arrived Took over 40 minutes to get a ride

Terrible service no way to contact the company when we weren’t picked up at Manila Airport. Save your money and change some money and get a taxi. Much cheaper and you won’t get ripped off. We were denied a refund we cancelled our return but because we didn’t give 48 hours notice we lost our money yet again. There was no way to contact the company to change the the pickup time. Poor communication the only contact we had was from the USA no one is available to deal with local local issues . Never again .

1 adulto y dos niños abandonados en el aeropuerto. Si vais tardar más de una hora en inmigración, como ése fue el caso, el transporte se va a ir sin avisar. Tal cual. Recomiendo coger un taxi en la salida de la terminal. Mucho más fácil y más barato.

Booked a transfer from the Malta Airport at night. They didn't come, their phone didn't answer! Just some cheaters, shame. Don't use this service. Ever.

A pior experiência a nivel de transferes que alguma vez assisti Cancelaram-me uma reserva para um grupo de 10 pessoas porque não entenderam o horário do voo e não deixaram alterar a reserva feita com 48h de antevendo ando voo. Ficaram com 124€! NUNCA MAIS NÃO ACONSELHO NÃO UTILIZEM USEM O GET YOUR GUIDE SEMPRE

This company sucks. Don’t book them, there are other transfer companies you can use. Booked a private transfer and they made us share as they said because of construction they couldn’t get the car?? Upon pick up to the airport our transfer time was at 1120am, the call us at 1125 to say our pick shows 1130am? But they will be at our hotel at 1140am! HUGE disappointment!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUD. They will take your money and will not provide the service and never refund your money. This is my experience. The morning of the traveling day, Suntransfers cancelled my airport transfer (that I have booked and paid for) just one hour before my flight from USA to Cancun. I called the representative and that person didn't offer any help. I had to find another company and book the airport transfer which cost me $100 MORE. The email cancellation said that it can take up to 10 days to process the refund. I waited for 14 days and NOTHING in my bank account (NO REFUND). I called Suntransfers again to take care of my refund ASAP. It has been another 5 days. Still NO REFUND. I am very very disappointed and upset. I hope everyone to know this true story and don't use this company.

Suntransfers cancelled my wife’s pick up when she arrived at the airport. They said that the roads were blocked with snow and the cars couldn’t get through. She was able to get a taxi at the rank outside, and guess what…..no snow!!!!!! I’m sorry but, your excuses over the phone, and your promise to phone me back with a resolution never transpired! Luckily i paid by paypal because there was no offer of a refund mention, so i claimed it back via the claims page in paypal. Not very happy at all and would never recommend Suntransfers to anyone

0 stars. They canceled our car service mid flight on the way to Cancun, claiming that "there were no available drivers". We were complete stranded, and after a bunch of haggling, eventually had to book a separate car service for $350USD (we are from Canada which = $475). It was that or we would have had to wait for 5 hours for a cheaper service. Completely unacceptable. Book with great caution.

I arrived at San Fran airport yesterday where our flight was delayed and we had to walk a while to get to the baggage claim but our driver never showed at arrivals. We called the customer support team 4 times and they couldn’t contact the company??? I don’t know how they can’t contact a car transfer company within 20 mins of me being on the phone, since it’s their main service?? I asked about a refund for the trip and they said they couldn’t guarantee one. Now I’ve just paid them a lot for a return transfer AND I have to pay for an expensive taxi!! I followed up with support (lots of generic replies) and they’re giving the company 20 days to respond to my complaint but I’ve asked what information I can give before I leave san Francisco and they are not being transparent. Worst start to a trip. Save yourself the hassle and book with hoopa or ANYONE else!! Nightmare

M’y daughter reserved with you and paid in advance (SUNTR_NC3025). She and her young baby arrived at Cancun airport and waited outside for 40 minutes and you guys never showed up. She called and no answer. She had to take another transport company and pay again to come to Playa del Carmen. Really not professional and she should be reimbursed Useless company If you want to get in touch with her you have the reservation # A really not impressed father

Booked to take us from Malta airport to hotel and back. We could not get a time for our collection to go back to the airport unless we attended a session where they tried to sell us excursions. DO NOT book their excursions in Malta, it is cheaper to get a bus yourself. Two people can get to Gozo and back for less than£10 for the pair whereas their excursion costs £30 each. You do not have to attend the session if you are clever with your paperwork. They fold it and then staple a paper over it so you miss the small print where it says if you are spending less than four days you can get a return pick up time when you are at the airport. Quite the con really. Had we known that the public transport is so cheap and reliable we would never have booked these. Picking us up they were almost an hour late with no communication at all. Driver left a couple at the roadside to chase after the bus as it had their luggage on board. Would never use these again.

El conductor muy amable y professional. Sin embargo, la compañia es decepcionante... Contratamos el servicio de transfer privado (coche privado para 4) desde el aeropuerto de lanzarote a costa teguise. Contratamos este servicio en vez de ir en taxi por que ofrecian silla de bebe para el trayecto, con coste adicional. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa, en vez de un transfer privado con silla de bebe, nos vino a buscar in autobus!! Nada de lo que habiamos contratado por adelantado!! No recomendaria esta compañia y si estais pensando en utilizar esta empresa, hay otras que ofrecen mucho mejor servicio por el mismo precio ma's o menos. Y si al final os decidìs por esta compañia, pues que tengais suerte y aparezca lo que habeis contratado.

I had booked for a driver at the OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. The driver greeted me at the arrivals, he told me to wait outside so that we would get the car. I waited for 30 minutes and he never showed up. Horrible experience, I lost my money and time.

Keep away from this company. Arrived at Cairo Egypt and followed the instructions and went outside where a load of taxi drivers were waiting. I looked around for an hour but could not find anyone from Sun Transfers or a card with my name on so had to make other arrangements which was not easy. After asking for a refund was told was not entitled as the driver was there and missed me. That as far as I am concerned was a lie and the driver did not turn up as I looked everywhere. Anyway I managed to get most of the money back from my insurance but I would never use this company ever again.

I booked a seven-seater car for a round-trip transportation to and from the Cancun airport and Tulum. For the transportation from the airport to Tulum, the driver did not show up and when I called they simply stated that we had to find new transportation. Then for the trip from Tulum to the airport, I got an email at almost midnight the day before that my transportation was canceled. The car was supposed to come at 4am that morning because I had an 8am flight. I had to scramble to find new transportation and had to pay extra because it was so last minute. I was severely disappointed with this service and I would not recommend. I am lucky that I checked my email before I went to sleep otherwise I would have been out of luck trying to find transportation to make it to my flight on time.

Filed a claim after a I was not picked up at SDQ called the customer service line. I had difficulty talking to the customer service person. Long story short after 40 minutes I just took a cab. This was the second time that this had happened. The company did no respond to my request for a refund. I'm done
