Don’t bother if you’re in Malta. Booked a so called Premium transfer from the airport to St Julian’s bay. Picked up by young woman driving a small hatchback, no help with luggage and she kept radio blaring during journey. It’s obvious the company gets an Uber type driver in to provide the pickup Would not recommend, you might as well get a taxi from the rank which are cheaper and plentiful - nothing premium about this service ! Not only did the driver fail to show up on time, but the service was ultimately canceled without any prior notification, leaving me stranded at the airport. After waiting for an extended period, I contacted the company to inquire about the status of my ride. To my dismay, I was told that my booking had been canceled. There was no prior communication regarding the cancellation, and the lack of transparency was both unprofessional and frustrating. The company offered no immediate alternative solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I had to quickly find another means of transportation on my own, which resulted in further delays and unexpected costs. The entire experience was disorganized and left me feeling let down. The company's failure to communicate the cancellation in advance demonstrated a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this airport pickup service due to its unreliability and poor customer service.

Worst experience ever they left us stranded at the airport stating that the driver was waiting and left because couldn’t contact me. I made my reservation for 3 pm for us to have plenty of time to do customs and luggage. Call them at 2:20 pm to let them know we’re ready and they said the driver left and couldn’t come back. They will take your money and give all the excuses. My group of 19 people ended taking a taxi to our hotel.

Never ever suntransfer again! We were six persons, inclusive two children, standing in heavy rain 04.00 in the morning in Barcelona last monday. No transfer arrived! After 30 minutes we had contact with a "person" in a chat. No replay on telephone! No explaination, no excuce! No transfer were sent, they only ask us to take a taxi. After a couple of days they only sent the money back, nothing more! A scandal. !!!!! For your info were two taxis to the airport almost the same as the transfer. My advice is - take a taxi next time!

I made a booking a month ahead of time for airport pick up, but never received an email confirmation. The booking was made for The wrong date, but Suntransfers “could not locate” My booking to make changes or cancel. I received a text from the driver and told him that was the wrong date, to not pick us up then, And told him to contact some transfers since they obviously did have my booking. Long story short, I do not have a ride for the correct date nor did I receive a refund for the incorrect date. Will not book again for our actual trip.

We were left stranded, stresses & anxious after our return transfere never showed. There was a red flag when the driver couldn't find the very well established & known hotel on the original drop off. Seems he couldn't be bothered to try & find it again for the collect. We had to use an emergency taxi service to get us to the airport which in reality was very reasonably priced given the circumstances but Sun Transfers refuses to refund the difference in cost despite clearly been in breach of contract. The company has proved itself to be uncaring & unethical when it really comes down to it. The way to judge any company is when things go wrong. How do they deal with it. Sun Transferes don't deal with it well & don't seem to take their responsibilities seriously.

Booked airport transfer in Tenerife. Return transfer never showed up and we had to search for a taxi last minute, risking to miss a flight home. They also overcharge a lot- we paid 150 euro return while taxi charges approximately 37 euro one way for same trip. Avoid!

I booked a transfer and payed for it online it was a late night flight arriving 12.25 it was delayed by 2 hours the office was closed no direction given had to queue for taxi the hotel tried to contact sun transfers this was impossible do not use this company it’s all about image no customer service

My experience with Suntransfers was incredibly disappointing. I had booked a shuttle for myself and a friend who was arriving in Bali. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled and pushed back, but my friend's flight was still on schedule. I made sure to communicate all the necessary details and even coordinated with their Baliku drivers in Bali through WhatsApp. However, despite our efforts, the service fell short of expectations. The driver, instead of waiting for my friend who experienced significant delays at the visa on arrival line, decided to cancel the trip prematurely. Suntransfers claimed they waited for a little over 3 hours, but my friend was in contact with the drivers after only 2 and a half hours. Despite the supposed cancellation, the driver still picked up my friend. However, they refused to drive her to the location we had already paid for, citing it was "too dark and too late." They offered to credit the cost towards another tour drive with them scheduled for the next day, but that trip was already paid for via Suntransfers. When I reached out to Suntransfers requesting a refund due to services not rendered, they refused to accommodate. This led to my friend missing her accommodation, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue with Suntransfers, their response lacked empathy and failed to address the core concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend Suntransfers based on this frustrating experience.

Not met and waited a long time before finally leaving the airport, not in a private vehicle, they just put us in a regular taxi we could have taken ages before. Really poor, don’t use this Company

I typically only write reviews for great service; however, this was not the case with SunTransfers in Málaga, Spain. On 1 April, I had a transfer booked, and upon arrival at the airport, Air France took more than one hour to unload our baggage. As soon as it neared the one hour timeframe, I contacted the company to inform them of the issue. They assured me that the driver would wait for me despite it being over 1 hour. After approximately 15 more minutes, the bags began arriving, we collected ours, and went to the arrivals hall to meet the driver. He was not there. I once again contacted the company and informed them that the driver had left. They appeared just as surprised as we. During my conversation with the company, the driver contacted me and informed me that he had taken another fare, and would be back to pick us up once he was completed - approximately another 20 minutes. The company asked that I lodge a formal complaint, which I did, and received a response after 7 days which, in a nutshell was a "tough luck, take it up with the airline carrier." Listen, it's not the money spent, or money wasted, it's the integrity. If you say you're going to do something, do it. This is not the service I would expect from a multi-country transfer service.

As a solo female traveler, I faced TERRIBLE SERVICE from Suntransfers. Despite confirming with them that I would have no issue traveling with two specific-sized suitcases, upon arrival, my cases were damaged by the airline, and the driver was HOSTILE and UNHELPFUL (not even a "Hi"). Despite fitting perfectly into the vehicle, the driver created unnecessary drama and even claimed Suntransfers instructed him to LEAVE ME STRANDED at the airport. Despite my complaints, Suntransfers has STILL not responded to their client.

Awful service We booked a mini-van transfer from Tenerife South to the Costa Adeje, with a booster seat for our child. There was no driver waiting for us with our names. The service at the Avanti desk was rude and basically ignored us as we waited 20+minutes with no update. We were finally told to follow a man all the way back through the airport with our luggage and tired child and hailed a cab from the taxi rank. It was a normal size vehicule not the one we had booked and no booster was provided for our child. I thoroughly regret booking through this service and I have no co fence that they will deliver our return transfer to the airport next week after the disaster yesterday.

This is terrible service.! Don't recommend it. I was left stranded in the Dominican Republic with my 2 small children. They never called or emailed to tell me that they would never show up. I had to call in from the airport to get my money back, and that took days. The people helping me in the airport told me this was the worse company to travel in super irresponsible and not reliable at all.

Terrible service .booked private transfer from lanzarote airport to playa blanca. Went to station 21 as advised,waited,was met by a guy under pressure.i gave him my name and asked where was my driver.he went on his phone.we waited 30 minutes for our driver,and what came next?we were greeted with an old 16 seater minibus with almost 400,000km on the clock.i asked where was my private car?to which I was told this is it .we had a rough rattle and roll journey to playa Blanca.I’ve used suntransfers for years,but never ever again ,and not even an apology.,we did get €15 refund ,for what I don’t know..that’s me done with suntransfers.

Just over two weeks ago I had a return trip booked with Sun transfers to and from Tenerife South airport. I am originally from the UK however now live in Puerto de la Cruz and was visiting home for the first time since the move. I arrived at the pick-up point, as advised 15 minutes before and subsequently waited there till 40 MINUTES AFTER with no sign of a coach nor driver. It is an open, one way street so there is no way I could have missed it. During the 55 minutes I waited at the pick up point, I contacted the customer service chat on whatsapp as well as called them several times. Once I got through to an advisor, the lady said she couldn't get through to the company and that I should take a taxi and keep the receipts to be reimbursed, ensuring I don't miss my flight. I was apprehensive of this as I know the taxi's cost over 100 euros to reach Tenerife south but I was left with no choice and therefore took the chance. As soon as I arrived at the airport and checked in, I submitted the receipts via email to Sun transfer as advised, including screenshots of the advisors instructions as justification. Over two weeks later I received a response and to no surprise the company were trying to get out of it by saying their driver was at the location and that I should have called within 10 minutes of them being late. HOWEVER, in their terms and conditions it states that the driver would call the number allocated if I wasn't their. Luckily enough I live in Puerto de la cruz and am friendly with local vendors, so am currently obtaining CCTV footage to counteract this argument. However this shouldn't be the case. No solo female or anyone, especially on their own, should not be objected to the stress endured from what is meant to be a professional transfer company. Not only for being ABESNT but also ADVISING to take a TAXI which they would later REFUSE to REIMBURSE by LYING that they were at the location STATED. There are many other ways (which I will be taking in future) to get to and from the airports in Tenerife, including local buses that are cheaper and ACTUALLY SHOW UP. Please don't make the same mistake I did, I am a student who's now lost 130 euros, all because a company won't accept responsibility for their ill actions.

My Experience with Suntranfers/Tio Luis Transport I’ve frequently used this company across Europe without any hitches, and my initial experience in Punta Cana was no different. Joel from Tio Luis sent a WhatsApp message on the morning of our arrival, complete with a selfie and clear instructions on where to meet. Despite the chaotic scene at Punta Cana airport, filled with people holding name signs, we didn’t spot ours. Fortunately, we were greeted by Kelly, another Tio Luis employee, who efficiently got us to our resort. However, the return trip was a different story. Following their instructions, I confirmed our departure details with both Joel and Kelly 24 hours in advance, even planning to be ready 15 minutes before our scheduled noon pickup. When our driver hadn’t arrived by 12:15 pm, I contacted Joel, who had the driver call me back. The driver claimed to be stuck in traffic, promising to arrive in 15 minutes. Yet, after an hour of repeated assurances and no sign of the van, we resorted to hiring taxis. As we were about to leave in the taxis, the driver finally appeared. Despite his continued claims of traffic delays, our trip to the airport revealed minimal traffic, casting doubt on his story. It was a frustrating end to an otherwise smooth service.

Stay in Seville, 2 days before departure we find out that a marathon has been organized on Sunday departure day. We will inform Suntransters about the event and suggest another pick-up location. Trail is completely closed. But for Suntransfers this is not necessary and there is no problem!! Day of departure, everything closed... Driver was still able to enter, but outside.... Contacted Suntransfers at that moment. While calling, the phone was cut off... Watts app... No answer... After repeatedly texting Watts what to do, we were allowed to take a taxi. Now Suntransfers has refused to refund the amount owed to us, due to unforeseen circumstances!!! An annual event is no exception!!! And certainly not when the customer informs you 2 days in advance!!! scandalous
