My flight time was changed 24 hours before departure, so I needed to change my pick up. Suntransfers told me it's their policy that they can't/won't make changes less that 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time and they would not refund the 120 Euros that I paid. I travel a lot and this is the first time I've ever come across a taxi company or booking service that needs 48 hours to amend a pick up time. Ridiculous policy and my advice is to avoid them.

Our driver was not waiting for us with a sign as we excited the luggage retrieval area. When we called the office we were told she was sitting in the cafe. After two more phone calls trying to locate her, we were told our hour had passed and she had left the airport. It was a very frustrating way to begin our time in Spain.

Horrendous experience. Booked return transfer from Barcelona airport to Costa brava. The driver wasn’t there when we arrived. I spent 20 mins trying to get a reply on WhatsApp before phoning an agent. While on the phone the driver arrived, over 30 mins late. He was rude and unapologetic. And clearly late for another trip. He took off at speed for the ten minute walk to where he had parked. He could clearly see one of our group, a woman in her 70s, was using a walker and could not keep up. The fittest amongst us couldn’t keep up and my husband and mother in law ended up far behind and lost. I asked him to pick them up in the taxi but he refused. He played loud music for the entire 2 hour journey. He drove really erratically, weaving between lanes on the motorway. But it was even worse when we go onto country roads and he started overtaking at every opportunity. It was a horrible transfer and when we got there his rudeness was even worse. He screamed at my 13 year old daughter because she tried to open the door to retrieve her iPad which she forgot she had left in the door storage. He made a big deal about getting it back out. We also asked him to wait for a moment to drop our bags to our holiday house, which we wouldn’t have really expected but we have had taxi drivers oblige us before. Again he was rude in his refusal, which there was no need for. We cancelled our return transfer and were very happy with the service we received from another company on the way home. We will never book with sun transfers again. Also good to note they were much more expensive than what we paid for our return journey. I have complained to the company but they take 30 days to reply so I have not had a response yet.

When I made my shuttle booking it said that I would be advised a pick-up time, but that if I wanted an earlier time that was possible. Turns out that was a blatant lie! Once they tell you your pick-up time, that's it - no changes allowed!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! - Not even worth 1 Star! Booked Suntransfers to take my daughter from our hotel to airport. Didn't turn up so we had to pay separately for a taxi. Suntransfers have refused to refund us! Appalling service, appalling customer service, appalling company! TRULY SHOCKING!

Contratamos Suntransfer teniendo en cuenta su puntuacion casi perfecta. Pero cuando nos recibió Jonathan en el Aeropuerto de Puntacana, todo se transformo en encuentro desagradable e inseguro. Pues nos abandonó en el aeropuerto y tuvimos que correr el riesgo de pagar un taxi. Cambiamos de compañia para nuestro regreso. Falta de profesionalidad y prepotencia, caracteristicas personales que no necesitamos los turistas que solo queremos llegar seguros y rapidamente a nuestro hotel. No. reservacion: SUNTR_PP4750

Very poor service in Portugal. We booked well in advance and received confirmation and vouchers. Nobody to collect us in arrival in Faro airport. Waiting 2 hours and their agent in airport organised a transfer. At the airport, she entered all details of our return flight and spoke on the phone to suntransfers. They confirmed return collection. Day of collection we still did not receive an email wth collection time ( this was stated on voucher that we would be notified). We phoned today (return date) and customer service said we should have logged in!! To what we asked? To our new system they said.. pity they don't tell tge customer about new system. Our old data was still in the system, not the uodated flight time we gave them at airport.. so they booked our collection 5 hours before our flight. When we phoned to change they said they could not. Awful service.. poor customer support.

Several times I used your service and always was happy with it. However, this time was TERRIBLE one. I don't like writing bad reviews usually, but couldn't leave it for the sake of other tourists and their families! First of all, because the price of the service was pretty high (at least much higher than average taxi) I was sure it would be at least safe... However, the whole journey from Antalya to Konakli was a disaster. We were 3 adults, 2 older kids and 1 baby 1.5 yo. The journey started nicely. In 20min we all felt that the air-conditioning is too strong. I asked the driver to put it down but he didn't get a word, his English was very poor. He switched off the aircon instead of lowering it down. I tried couple of times to ask him getting it back, but no chance, he didn't understand what we want. He just opened the window instead. Then in the middle of the way he stopped at the petrol station and said he needs some coffee because it's night and he is afraid to fall asleep. No problem, understandable. But he left us in the hot car for 15-20min, with little baby inside, who was extremely tired after a long fight!!! Couldn't it be a bit quicker?.. After we departured, the driver started to do phone calls, like 10 min each 2 of them. Driving quite fast, holding his phone in one hand, and speaking loudly on phone, we all felt it dangerous and couldn't wait this terrible journey finished. I will never use your service again, unfortunately. But please, improve your service for safety of other visitors of your nice country! Best regards, Katsiaryna.

we PAID TO HAVETHEM PICK US UP IN BARCELONA. The CUSTOMS TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY LEFT US THERE!!! My PHONE WAS NOT CHANGED TO EUROPEN SERVICES WHEN I GOT OFF THE PLANE. I've BEEN BATTLING THEM FOR A REFUND BUT NO go. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ayer día 17 de junio 2024 teníamos un transfer contratado con Suntransfers que consistía en la recogida en la PUERTA de nuestro hotel, Bahia Real, Fuerteventura, para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Nosotros estuvimos en el sitio indicado a la hora indicada, incluso 10 minutos antes, y el transfer nunca pasó a recogernos, testigo de ello el personal de recepción del hotel. Al llamar a la empresa, Suntransfers, nos dicen que han pasado a por nosotras y han esperado 3 minutos y se han marchado, cosa totalmente incierta, y que además no tienen ninguna otra opción de recogida, que lo solucionemos nosotros. Hemos tenido que coger un taxi para evitar que se nos escapara nuestro vuelo. Atención desastrosa. Pondré la correspondiente reclamación a Suntransfers con documentación y testigos

Arrived in Paphos around 10 minutes later than scheduled and headed for the greeting point. Got told it was really busy with all the delays by a man who claimed to be a driver just helping out, yet he all the phone numbers of the taxis? Said it would be 20 minutes, and after 30 i went back to ask what was going on. We had an old gentleman in a wheelchair with us, yet three or four couples who checked in with this guy left before us. He phoned a couple of numbers and said he was on his way, 5 minutes. After another 15, i went back to ask, and eventually we managed a transfer, but not with the original taxi he told me. So i made a complaint to suntransfers, so you think on the return leg they would have got this right, after all, no delays involved. Anyway after 4 phone calls waiting for the taxi again to take to the airport, someone did show up, only to say it was not his fault, and again, not the taxi we should have gone with. So give these clowns a wide berth.

Paid for taxi in full and I even emailed them to confirm my booking! Flight number was attached too and nobody showed up to the airport! A waste of £50 and no signs of communicating, an apology or a refund!!! I will be taking this further purely for the principal! Do not use this company unless you want to waste money!!

This firm do not track your flight or wait in the arrival hall for you. Recent trip to Barcelona, flight was late by 35 mins. However long queue in customs led to a further 30 min delay. No one in the arrival stated area, waited over 30 mins for a lady to turn up with a small board with several names on it ( mine only contained first name no surname) several minutes elapsed again before a group of us being taken up to another level ( one family got left behind unsure of where to go!) Waited again for the transport to arrive, to be told by the driver who was pleasant that he had been waiting for 2 hours as we were late, if this was the case why was he not in the arrival hall as advertised, but very obviously off site! Not good service, the rep only arrived late after another unrelated trasfer company got involved and phoned her! So much for the advertised service 🙄

Very very very bad after 5 min we saw that suntransfer take another day because the day was full and there was no sign or something else. We call directly but do nothing about it. Money gone no taxi no other options. Very very very bad. Take a taxi at the airport much cheaper and friendly!!

If your plane is late they won’t pick you up. You will lose your full booking fee . My wife and two daughters were due to arrive in Malaga on Monday at around 1 . There were problems with the flight . They arrived around 5 . They contacted Suntransfers asap around 9 am . 4 hours before , to be told sorry we can’t pick you up. They said look at our conditions you have to give us 48 hours notice . What use is this . We expected the flight to go on time how can any taxi company take your money and then tell you that in their small print if the plane is late and you don’t tell them 48 hours before then you lose your money. Sun transfers were keen to take our money up front €100 and then when we needed them and despite giving them about 5 hours notice our plane altered its landing time so we would be late and having 9 hours to help us they just said you have lost your money. Readthe small print before you book with Sun transfers and in my experience don’t use them.

I ordered a premium transfer. An old, dirty minivan arrived with a non-working air conditioner. The child seat was broken and they charged an extra 10 euros for it. The driver was an old man whose hands were shaking. The car smelled of diesel. I was with two small children. terrible service!!!! ruined the impression of my entire holiday in Turkey

We paid 70 euros for a private taxi from TFS to Golf Del Sur, no one showed up at the airport so we had to make enquiries to about 3 different desks, only to go be sent back to the first desk who realised she did have our booking but it was on a shuttle bus. I advised her we paid for private taxi but she showed me her list and there it was my name and shuttle transfer. At that point I didnt argue as we were tired and just wanted to get to our hotel. I thought that maybe it was because it was a late landing flight that maybe there was some issue, sure enough 2 weeks later another shuttle bus arrives to collect us, we then do a 1 hour round trip of tenerife collecting various other transfers. I am furious, I am requesting a refund. I will never use this company again they are a total scam.

I can only echo the majority of reviews below DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They advertise clean professional cars &staff then send the opposite, it took me 3 call and over an hour to get my party of 8 collected at bar every airport, the van that finally turned up would not pass MOT in the UK. The return journey never happened I waited until booked collection time no show so I called them and was told there would be no transport coming for us note I called them not the other way, this left me to get 8 people including two young children to the airport and severely risked us missing flight, extra cost to me €135 Suntransfers have offered me £65 from original bill of £144 so less than 50% of what I paid them no account taken for first journey issues and complete no show for return journey, never mind my extra costs. I did write to them to ask for improved refund but no reply hence this message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My family of 5 including a 1 year old with buggy were called at 12:25 that our driver would not be coming to collect us at 12:30 to bring us to faro from lagos. Its a 1 hour drive. The company did not offer to help find another driver or company to help us. They basically said we were on own. All they could do is offer a refund. We managed to get a cab by ourselves but it took a bit of convincing to get the driver to take us as we had 2 large suitcases, 3 carry on suitcases, a buggy and there was five of us. I'm writing this while on way to the airport. Fingers crossed we make our flight. Had we been given adequate notice I would have been able to arrange a transfer with another company that we used to go to zoomarine during our stay. We called them up but their closest driver was 20 mins away. Airport is 1 hour drive so didn't want to wait. Do not use this company for anything.
