I received an email tonight at 10pm to say our transfer back to barcelona airport tomorrow morning at 8am has been cancelled! We are a party of 8. Rang them and asked for them to organise some other transport, even 2 cars. I was told to contact a local taxi service that they couldnt help. They didn't care one bit, was just told I would be refunded within 10 days. I have spent the last 3 hrs ringing local taxi companies but there is no answer, we are in a quiet location and seems all taxis are off duty so late. I have rang several nearby towns but they wont help either as we are in aremote location, they too told us to contact the local taxis. So at 1am I sit here not knowing if I will get a taxi or 2 in time for our flight. When they collected us from the airport at the start of our holiday they arrived with a 9 seater. I had booked and paid for a 12 seater as I was told a 9 seater would not take all our luggage. Miraculously the 9 seater did take all our luggage. But they had charged me extra for a 12 seater! So do not stress yourself out by booking suntransfers, they have been terrible! And the customer service is shocking.

Horrendous company for both service & customer service. Was contacted 12 hours before our flight from Barcelona to inform us that unfortunately that had to cancel our pre-arranged and fully paid for return transfer to Barcelona from Roda De Bera. When contacted the first customer service agent hung up the phone and the second agent suggested we just book 2 taxi's, at 11.30 at night!!! when I'm due to leave at 7.30 in the morning! Currently sitting here stranded and wondering if I will catch my flight in the morning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! And as for their positive reviews.....they probably write them themselves!

This is the most dishonest company we have ever used for transfers. First, on arrival from Istanbul to Antalya, we waited 1 hour outside the terminal and no one from the company met us, even though I had given our flight numbers in the information, then I had to phone England to get the wrong one information where there are company employees to guide us to the bus and who told us that there were few people and that is why they did not welcome us, this is not an excuse. Also upon arrival at the hotel, the driver asks us for extra money, we traveled on 26.05 with bus number MIDI 206 When we arrived at Starlight Hotel we found that we had left a leather jacket on this bus and from there the big drama started where the hotel reception called the broken phone 00904445156 where they spoke in Turkish as the clerk refused to speak in another language with us. The reception called this number over 50 times, first from this company they claimed they had no connection with the driver of the 206 bus and after we said we would make a complaint to the police, the jacket was found and we waited for another 3 days of promises that the jacket would be sent to the hotel. Thanks to the manager of this company, whom we emailed, our jacket was returned on the fourth day of our arrival And just when I thought there was nothing more to surprise us, came the new unpleasant surprise for us with the return transfer, which was supposed to take place at 12:30 pick up from the hotel, as our flight to Istanbul is at 16:45 . However, to our surprise, while waiting at 12:20 outside the hotel for the company to come and pick us up, it turned out that our return transfer time was suddenly changed to 07:35, and why none of the staff knew. After another call from the hotel to the company, the employee said that in their system it says that the flight is at 12:30 and the transfer was at 7:35 and we almost missed our flight haha, I had never heard such nonsense when booking, Suntransfers asked me for detailed information about the two flights, outbound and return, and there is no way the company can tell me that our flight is at 12:30, when it is at 16:45 - TK2417 with Turkish Airlines, something they know very well. Also, you can't tell me that I specified a pick up time of 07:35 for a flight that is at 16:45, that would be crazy when I personally specified a pick up time from the hotel at 12:30. thank god the hotel provided us with a free shuttle to the airport. If you did this because of our forgotten jacket, which you did not want to return to us, then that is very unfortunate and ugly. Do not use the services of this company, they do not work correctly, lie and do not deserve a penny

ESTAFADORES Estuvimos en el punto de recogida (a la entrada del hotel,donde paran TODOS LOS TRANSFERS) 30 minutos antes de la hora acordada.Tras pasar 10 minutos de esa hora y tras varias llamadas nos dicen que el conductor llega en 3 minutos, lo cual ES MENTIRA.Facilitan la matrícula y el modelo del vehículo,y más de 40 minutos después sigue sin aparecer nadie.Insistimos con las llamadas y nos dicen que el conductor ha ido al hotel y al no encontrarnos ha cogido a otros clientes, OTRA MENTIRA MÁS.Por algo se facilita un teléfono de contacto,para que llamen si hay alguna incidencia. La solución que nos dieron fue coger un taxi y abonarlo posteriormente, a saber cuando. Gracias a su INCOMPETENCIA Y A SU FALTA DE SERIEDAD casi perdemos el vuelo. Lo dicho UNOS ESTAFADORES Y UNOS SINVERGÜENZAS.

Absolutely appalling service. We nearly missed the flight as they didn't come to pick us up and had to take taxi, even though we were waiting at the hotel as instructed way before the scheduled time and when wrote a complaint they took over 1 month to respond! Even the uber driver mentioned that they do this all the time and people miss their flights.

I booked a transfer, my flight got delayed by a storm, i told them of the incovenience since first moment, they just told me they are sorry but the would keep my money and wont give any solution they. Really bad experience

No driver waiting at airport and desk closed wandered about airport trying to contact call centre .No English speaking call centre.Driver arrived after I got help from other provider 45 mins later. Pick up at hotel Again No one turned up Eventually after hotel contacting call centre it came 40 mins late Poor poor service

Türkei Antalya, Hinfahrt am eigentlichen Hotel vorbeigefahren und 24 km weiter abgesetzt, zwar die selbe Hotelkette, aber eben am falschen Ort. 30€ Taxikosten für mich, um in mein gebuchtes Hotel zu fahren. Rückfahrt am falschen Terminal abgesetzt, obwohl laut Buchung, Flugnummer und Gesellschaft bekannt waren. 10€ weitere Taxi kosten für mich. Ein Alptraum vom Service, es war wirklich schon sehr viel besser, aber so buche ich dort nie wieder.

No se presentaron Aeropuerto Santander. Tuve que llamar para reclamar, despues de una hora de espera vinieron a recogernos. Muy mala experiéncia.

I paid for a luxury vehicle and they sent a broken down cargo van. It was unsafe, filthy, and extremely uncomfortable. The company admitted their mistake in writing (I had time-stamped pictures of the vehicle) but they refused to do anything about their mistake. I explained that I paid for a premium ride but they didn't care. Their customer service agent was extremely rude. Based on their total lack of customer service, I suspect their "great reviews" are generated by a bot and not real people.

I made a reservation 2 months before I got to Paris, France. Booking reference NC5931 for April 24, 2023.I Paid in advance for a PREMIUM TAXI. They came to pick us up om a smallToyota. When I told the driver, he called the office and they said they will upgraded for next morning , that we were leaving. At 6:30 am . another small toyota came for us!!!! I was so feed up... I told the driver again, he didnt know what to say. Drivers were very nice... But I paid for a service, I NEVER GOT!!!!! Thats STEALING from the customers. will not recomend or use them again

Literally just abandoned me in Benidorm. Driver failed to show at advised time and when I called they said make a complaint and we will investigate. Now I have to try and get to the airport in time for flight. It happened just this morning 11/05/23. Avoid this company completely.

You would be better off walking!!! Avoid this service if at all possible. The car did not show up. We waited 30 mins. Then had to jump into a local taxi with two small children and no car seats for a 50 min race to the airport. All you get from their customer service team are standard replied. No resolution. They don't care about the customers' safety. A terrible service!!!

after being picked up by our driver from faro airport he proceeded to drive like a lunatic at 160kph on the main roads swerving in and out of traffic and would seem so have very light respect for his passenger's, but compared to our collection he was a dream. imagine your driver getting lost driving from albufeira(rocamar hotel) to the airport. my wife and i were pure petrified as we ended up going down what i can only describe as dirt tracks in the middle of no where and when asked where he was going he was totally lost, i ended up having to get my sat nav out on my phone to tell him where to go. he then ended up pulling in and asking some one on the street for direction. a 35/40 min journey now took 1 hour and 10 min. i am not going to lie we actually taught we were being taken as we were totally of main roads and all he did was blame his boss which made no sense and even less reassuring. stay well away from this company and i have no idea how they have any 5 star reviews.

Vergesst Suntransfer, nehmt lieber ein Taxi Review of Suntransfers Pending review Ich habe den Transfer für meine Frau und zwei Mitarbeiterinnen gebucht, welche beruflich nach Malaga mussten. Der Fahrer war bei der Ankunft des Fluges nicht vor Ort und musste erst telefonisch kontaktiert werden, damit er sich zum Flughafen bemühte. Dadurch entstand unnötige Wartezeit. Der Fahrer war sehr unfreundlich und rief aus, weil er drei Hotels anfahren musste, was bereits bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Und zu guter Letzt verlangte er noch zusätzlich Geld, obwohl der Transfer bereits bei der Buchung bezahlt worden ist. Mein Tipp: Nehmt lieber ein Taxi. Dies geht schneller, hoffentlich freundlicher und im Endeffekt noch günstiger.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - You only find out what a company’s customer service is really like when something goes wrong. I’ve used Sun Transfers a few times before without incident and therefore trusted them. Unfortunately on this occasion they really let me down and failed to take responsibility. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, when I arrived I had missed calls and messages from the driver who had arrived at the original time and not checked for delays. By the time I was able to respond the driver had gone was ignoring my calls & messages. It was late at night with a tired family, we wandered around for a while and eventually had to pay for a taxi. I got in the taxi and looked for Sun Transfers contact details only to find an email from them telling me that their driver was unable to contact me or complete the pick-up and that it was my fault for not answering the calls ( I could not answer as I was on the delayed flight) and that no refund was available. This left a very unpleasant taste not how you want to start your holiday at all, I checked the T&C’s and they claim they will try to reschedule the driver in the event of delays and if not possible will issue a refund. I phoned and then wrote to their customer services after my holiday and they still insist no refund is due as they were unable to contact me !!! I will never use this company again and would recommend others to AVOID this company they are unprofessional and CAN NOT BE RELIED UPON WHEN THINGS DON’T GO TO PLAN I wish I’d paid a little more and used the hotel’s transfer service, Sun Transfers price is only a little bit cheaper and they have proven it is not worth the hassle for the sake of saving a few pounds.

FINGER WEG VON SUNTANSFERS!!! sie verdienen nicht mal 1 Stern Einfach nicht gekommen, die angegebenen Hotlines waren nicht verfügbar, der angepriesene live-chatt funktionierte auch nicht, etc.etc. Glaubt den seriösen Angaben auf der Homepage nicht! Besser vor Ort ein Taxi bestellen, bzw. es stehen genug vor den Flughäfen.

Booked for transfer from Barcelona Cruise Terminal to Airport and they did not show up upto 20 mins after scheduled time. We took a taxi to airport and Sun Transfers stated they tried to contact us but no call was received. Sun Transfers said no refund would be given. My experience is that Sun Transfers is unreliable and does not proved customer service. Use at your peril.

I reserved this transfer about two months ago, and paid it upfront. Now, as I am just about to walk out the door I get an email stating that I have to pay double because they stated that the resort was farther than they realized. WHAT!!!! This is only 26 hours from the meeting time. They would not refund my money, because it had to be within a certain time. I canceled anyway, with only half a refund and booked with Taxi2airport .com. Much simpler. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!!
