Do not use this company! I booked a transfer in Malta and despite receiving booking confirmation and my money being taken, on arrival the taxi company had not received the booking (which they told me was a regular occurrence) so I had to pay again and wait for a taxi to become available. 3 weeks later after calling and email correspondence I have yet to receive a refund.

Driver was late picking us up and was no help putting our luggage in his vehicle. In the pouring rain he proceeded to drive wildly through the streets and 80 on the expressway. So glad we made it to the airport without an accident. The worst service that I have ever experienced. Will not recommend or use this service again.

Rekommenderas ej. Oproffsiga och opålitliga. Den bokade taxi kom aldrig. När vi ringde sa dem bara att de hade ingen bil.

This was a good company pre-covid, but now it is awful. Our ride from the Tel Aviv airport to Haifa was very bad. The driver had no sign and made no effort to find my party of eight. When I finally found him and asked him if he was our driver he refused to give me a straight answer. He said he called my number but did not have my number on his phone. He also spent the whole trip talking on his cell phone. The trip from the Civitavecchia to the airport was worse because the pickup never happened. The ship was supposed to port at seven in the morning but was late. I was contacted at 7:10 by Suntranfers to let me know the driver would only wait 20 minutes. I explained that we were queued up ready to get off as soon as the ship cleared customs. I was called again at 7:25 to tell me the driver was leaving, the ship had not yet cleared customs, I explained that I need to get my party of 8 to the airport and it included 2 80 year olds. She did not care and said the driver was leaving. The driver never bothered to contact me, again. We were at the front of the port by 7:30 and the driver was gone. I have no proof he was ever there. I hired a local van for over twice the amount Suntransfers charged me and got my family to the airport. Now these creeps are refusing to give me my money back. Useless!!

We have used Suntransfers for years and always a great service, however we booked and paid for a transfer from Malaga City to the Airport, less than 24hrs before pick up received an email with an alternative pickup point due to road closure, this was a 20 minute walk with cases we found a closer pick up point with parking available, contacted Suntransfers requesting new pick up point and they refused, we cancelled and were told cancellation was less than 48hrs, no refund, even though they change the booking pick up point, will not use again or recommend. Terrible service, a simple refund would have resolved the issue.

Sim foi.primeiramete cheguei a Paris as 00 do dia 04/10. Tive que tomar um taxi por minha conta., pois o transfer.nao.estava no local Mesmo tendo feito a denucia a empresa , ninguém tomou atitude nenhma. Denunciei o nome o motorista Pheng, gastei U& 164.00 para ser levada (quase jogada poiso mororita nem fex z a gentileza de me ajudar a buscarmo terminal de embarque) e buscada ate o aerporto e até agora nao tive nenhuma satisfaçãoda minha reclamação VIAJO DENTRO DO POSSOVEL!! Mas NUnCA MAIS RECOMENDAREI ESSA EMPRESA. SERVIÇO PESSIMO

DO NOT BOOK WITH SUNTRANSFERS. We booked and paid $600 four months before our trip, for a minivan transfer from MXP to Cinque Terre (3 hour drive). We got an automated text text when we landed-our flight was on time- that said driver was at door 10 outside customs. We went straight there. I texted back we were there- no response. The driver did not show. No one answered the emergency numbers (other than a recording) nor responded to texts. Other members of our group checked all over the airport - he was not there! After an hour of waiting, with no communication, we arranged other transportation. After two hours, they called me and said we would get a refund. Now, a month later, they have emailed me that the driver said he was there, so SUNTRANSFERS refuses to refund. Very unprofessional company. Don’t take the chance—use another company.

My flight was late - I called in plenty of time for them to delay my pick up but did nothing. Told me it was my problem, and that I would have to pay another $125. WHAT? When I got to the airport I paid less than $100 to another company and the driver was fabulous! I will NEVER use Suntransfers again. They told me to write in and they would consider giving me a refund, but they NEVER responded. BAD SERVICE!

We arrived around 30 minutes late, on arrival, no transfer waiting, had to get a taxi to resort. Had a second booking for my daughter to join us a week later, tried to amend booking to accommodate her delayed arrival due to family circumstances, apparently unable to as no available transfers for the same time the following day. Very, very poor, not at all happy, Will obviously never use Suntransfer again given both parties experience.

I Emailed this company on Monday To tell them to collect me at a different location, they said the got the email and every thing was perfect, 8oc was the pick up time but they never arrived,wouldn't ever use them again Niall Ireland

Having used this company for several years since 2010 in several places, often more than once each year including Menorca, Ibiza, Croatia, even New York, I have previously been happy with this company, hence my repeated bookings. Even though I have found the quality of the vehicles they use to have deteriorated over the years, not the luxury vehicle I have paid for, broken air-con etc, but I have stuck with them as they have always shown up on time and done the job. However all this has changed since they completely messed up our last transfers in Ibiza in August. The taxi for our return transfer was sent to the wrong hotel meaning we had to get another taxi to the airport. The same issue had affected my daughter’s transfer a few days earlier. I should have been more alert and predicted the problem, as they tried to take her to the same wrong hotel on her incoming transfer. Luckily because she knows the resort well, she was able to tell them where to take her. More fool me for thinking this was an isolated incident. It wasn’t and both our return transfers were affected in the same way. After chasing them for 2 months they have acknowledged that the mistake was entirely theirs with our transfer and agreed a refund for me, but are refusing to refund my daughter and have accused her of not contacting them at the time of the problem. This is completely untrue. She sat on hold to their emergency number for 20 minutes and when she finally got through, their customer services agent cut off the call before she could explain the problem. They are accusing her of lying about this. I have today sent a screenshot of the call log showing that we did indeed contact them at the time of the problem, both to their UK and Spain numbers. They are also accusing her of giving incorrect hotel details in her original complaint even though I have proof of the bookings and have sent additional proof that the hotel is both an Insotel and TUI hotel, but that it is one hotel and they they sent the taxi to a completely different hotel! Their customer service is appalling, incompetent and actually quite rude in their tone (apart from one guy named Alex, who has, in fairness, been very responsive). In general not replying to emails for days and originally weeks on end (certainly not within the 20 working days they said they would respond), putting the phone down on us when we tried to report the issue in the first place and above all continuing to accuse us of lying. What a decent company would do is acknowledge and accept that they were in the wrong, give a full refund and offer an incentive to use them in the future. We’re heading back to Ibiza next week and will just be getting a normal taxi from the airport at a fraction of the price. The “service” is over-priced and poor value and it is clear they don’t value retaining long-standing customers. After years of loyal custom we have been treated appallingly and at this point, would never use this company again.

Picked up at Barcelona airport but driver seemed to get lost in the city, constantly fiddling with satnav and we were dropped off in a lane instead of the pre arranged point. Nobody showed up for the return and calls to the helpline are a waste of time. Had to get a local taxi ( not easy in Barcelona on a Friday evening) or we would have missed our flight home. One other observation, what reputable company thinks a bit of grass on a busy junction with nowhere for vehicles to stop is a good idea for a pick up point ( grass in front of Delegacion de Defensa) If you want reliable transport in Barcelona use Suntransfers at your peril !!!

It only takes a min to read their FB page to see all the horrible reviews. I booked Suntransfer for a pick up at the Barcelona airport - travelling with my 3 friends from Toronto. The driver never showed up and I was unable to get through on their "24/7 customer service" line. It kept redirecting me to their online site - which was not helpful. Eventually we had to take a taxi to our destination. I reached out to Suntransfers for a refund, the eventually replied 5 months later to say that they are unable to give me a refund because they believe a driver was there. At this point i believe this could be a complete SCAM.

If there was an option of no stars I would choose it. They left me stranded at the airport at 2.30 in the morning because “there was no driver available” even though I had paid upfront weeks in advance. When I rang up for help I was implying told we had to cancel and no further help was offered

I booked a return transfer on the 7th October, the transfer driver came at 6am at the hotel for pickup ,the reception rang my room I told them my transfer is at 9.35am but the driver spoke to me was being very rude and saying you have to go now there is no transport later to pick you up .I tried ringing suntranfer twice from my hotel I had network problem.The driver came again at 8am to pick me up I still insisted my transfer is at 9.35 I showed him my transfer booking but he started getting aggressive and demanding us to come now which then I had no choice .The driver picked up 7 other passengers from a different hotel I then said I booked a private transport so did the other party said the same ,the driver wasn't listening and was rang his boss because the luggage wouldn't fit in the vehicle, he put half of the luggage under our feet no leg room it was very uncomfortable and stressful.All the driver kept saying was you should have come at 6am not 8am so he tried to blame me for the stress he was causing .After an hour and half the driver pulled up at sabiha gokche Airport.I then panicked and told the driver this isn't our Airport, look at my transfer booking he said your booking transfer details are wrong,he wouldn't have any of it.other party got dropped of I said I will miss my flight you need to take us to Istanbul airport can you not see on the booking voucher.The driver rang his boss and passed the phone to me and said miss your booking voucher is wrong we will not take you to istanbul airport get out of the car and make your own way .I was so humiliated by the driver thrown us out of the vehicle and our luggage plus the operator boss was very rude.My 2 daughters were travelling with me to, we were all very upset and humiliated what just happened, by then it was 10.35am our flight departure was at 1.15 .I flagged a taxi and had to pay £30 to istanbul airport which was another hour and half journey we all was panicking we will miss our flight.we arrived at the airport at 12pm and had to rush and push to check-in by then our flight was boarding and made it by 10mins.The whole transfer experience was very traumatised.I asked for a refund as I never got to my destination airport. suntranfer replied,that we will investigate the complaint and will get back to you in 45 days which is a joke to be fair. Suntranfer should take our complaints very seriously because being in a different country, which the transfer driver don't check or speak or understand our language.Its all about taking our money .

I booked this ride for a single reason, I needed car seats for my 2 kids. And I paid 14€ extra for that… obviously the car came without car seats and the driver had no idea what we are talking about. So this was worthless, I could’ve taken any taxi for half the price. Thanks for nothing.

We booked and prepaid 6 transfers (2 cars on 3 different days). Day 1, only one car was used as many people had problems with airline delays and missed getting to our destination. Unfortunately, we didn't get reimbursed. Day 2, we amended pick up times to an earlier pick up because cruise line forced our exit and one vehicle was accommodated, the other was cancelled. Doing this through a robot at first, then with 2 different agents online took over 2 hours. It was excruciating and disappoiting, to say the least. Then, receiving an email stating that we would NOT be reimbursed for what we cancelled because a car was sent at the original pick up time. Day 3, Transfer was cancelled by you within 24 hours of picking up without offering an alternative. Thanks for reimbursing this amount. Through all this, speaking on the phone with an actual person was NEVER possible since the number provided is to a machine, then to the robot online.
